Celeste is a hidden gem in Vacaville. It is one of the best tea room experience we’ve ever had that is on par with The Empress in Victoria, British Columbia. The attention to detail, symmetry of design, decorations and presentation put us at awe. For me it is like a spiritual experience just to sit and take it all in. The professionalism and politeness of the staff is top notch especially Roman. Ever since Linde Lane closed 3 years ago, at least 5 rival tea rooms opened up within a 75 mile radius. None of them has risen to the level of experience, ambiance and out shined Linde Lane until we discovered Celeste. Go ahead book a reservation and dress up to the nines to celebrate your special occasions or just a moment with your love ones.

Two friends and myself had the absolute pleasure of enjoying Christmas Tea here at Celesté. Everything was elegant and on point. Teas were plentiful. Savory and sweet treats were made with love and were delicious. Servers were friendly, smiling, and efficient. The space was tastefully decorated for Christmas. The bathroom is gorgeous! We felt very well taken care of and never rushed. Price point is so reasonable for the quality food and beverage that you receive. Last year we had Christmas Tea at the Claremont in Oakland and the Celesté Christmas Tea made the Claremont Tea feel and taste amateurish. Well done Tina Celesté!!

We chose the Signature Celeste Tea, which was an excellent value at $45 per guest. The presentation was stunning! Our tiered trays featured freshly baked scones, a beautiful assortment of finger sandwiches and savory bites, and seasonal fruit, topped off with petite duo indulgent desserts that were both delicate and delicious.
Each of us selected our own loose-leaf tea, which was brewed to perfection. The entire experience felt elevated yet intimate — perfect for special occasions or a relaxing afternoon with friends. A place that has to be seen to be believed. It’s hard to imagine that such a vibe exists in Vacaville, but it does! Oh my gosh. The service was impeccable, every single individual that helped us during our reservation was lively, happy and incredibly kind. There are so many options for tea, I opted for the Parisian Creme which did NOT disappoint. So much so that I purchased some to take home.
The scone was exquisite, followed by a crisp salad. The tea sandwiches, the desserts… you can tell when something was made with love and down to each food item, the china, the ambience and decor you can tell that the owners crafted something intentional and elevated.

It was very nice, however Celiac sufferers should beware. They say that they have a gluten free tea service, but I think that there might have been some cross-contamination because I got sick afterward and hadn’t had anything prior to the Christmas Tea service. Otherwise, all was great! The decor was beautiful and festive and I loved the gorgeous china, silverware, tea pots and tea tower. Everything was well prepared with good presentation and the service was very, very good. I would recommend this place, with the caveat that if you have a very sensitive gluten allergy, beware that you may get something that was cross-contaminated.

I was enchanted by my recent tea at Celeste’s Tea Parlor with 3 of my favorite people. The room and atmosphere set the stage for an awe-inspired afternoon. The hosts were gracious and helpful in describing each of the offerings. The teas were out of this world unique and divine. The sandwiches, scones, fruit and all manner of beautifully presented foods delighted the senses. I cannot describe the feeling of slipping into a world away from the current one. Just an exquisite experience in all ways.

While enjoying your personal pot of tea and light bites, you’ll hear music from Bridgerton playing in the background. The wait staff is professional and very helpful. We had one member in our party of 8 that can’t have gluten, and they adjusted the menu to accommodate her needs. I can’t say enough good things about Celestè, a must check out.

Oh absolutely elegant!! We had a wonderful high tea! Its hard to find a nice tea room. This will meet all your expectations! Great service, food was wonderful. Part of the experience is to chose your own tea and in your own teapot. This was fun we had 4 in our group so we got to taste each others tea. We drove from Dublin and it was worth it!

For years my sisters and I would meet in the middle. The middle was always Vacaville. Also, having an English mum we’ve always sought out anywhere for afternoon tea. Celestes has answered all our needs. Located on a cute little street right near a lovely park they serve an elegant, delicious high tea. The scones are the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried many). The service was wonderful and friendly and the ambiance is gorgeous. We’re so excited. Maybe we’ll even see more of each other now. Thanks Celeste!!
