Hands down my favorite Italian restaurant — and for good reason.
From the moment you walk in, you can feel the authenticity. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and perfectly Italian, making it ideal for a date night, celebration, or even a casual dinner that turns unforgettable.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Celeno’s Bistro. Brandon, who greeted us in the front room, was an absolute standout his energy and smile were magnetizing and immediately set the tone for a great visit. The service was warm and attentive throughout, and I left extremely happy with the entire experience. And I have to mention the zippoles… easily my favorite part of the meal! Soft, delicious, and unforgettable. Highly recommend this place I’ll definitely be returning!

My husband and I went here because I was craving a chicken cutlet parmigiana hoagie (I am from NYC and call it a hero). Good Italian food that lives up to my expectations is hard to come by in Florida.
Celeno’s service was unbeatable! When we walked in, two customers were walking out and raved to us about it. You could tell they were regulars and love the staff.
I immediately could see why. We were greeted right away and escorted to a table. Our host/server was incredibly welcoming, enthusiastic, and attentive. He and the rest of the staff were all like this and you could tell they really appreciate their customers.
The atmosphere was pleasant with comfortable seating as well.
As for the food – I had the chicken parmigiana hoagie, my husband had the meatball parmigiana one, and we split a stromboli. The stromboli was delicious! The mozzarella on all 3 items was so good as well as the bread/dough.
My only complaint for the chicken was that it was too thin so it wound up being too tough/dry on some bites. But flavor-wise, it hit the spot. As for my husband’s sandwich, he liked it, but I am super picky about meatballs and don’t like them in most places. I tried a bite and I thought it could use a lot more flavor — not sure if they add seasoned breadcrumbs or onions to them — but they should if they don’t.
I hope they take this feedback into consideration because the service is amazing and should be matched by their food — which is decent for Florida Italian, but I would love to see it raise the bar!

I have been living in Jacksonville and this is the first time I can say this is a really good Italian place to eat. Their dinner is amazing and this place has a buffet-style dinner as well but that started at 5pm. I will come back here again

We ordered grub hub, see attached picture, my husbands pizza was like one sided! I thought he ordered a half n half bc of how it looked, but nope. He was also confused by it saying it was NY style, we’re from NY, but it’s still not what we know to be NY style at all.
The wings were ok, but idk if it’s a Florida thing where nobody provides SAUCE OR DIPS! 20 wings and no ranch! Heartbreaking I might say 🙁
Spaghetti was ok, no real complaints there, good in flavor for a pizza shop
Overall the 2 comes from the ok flavors, but we wont order here again ever in life, unless they want to redeem themselves in some type of way for how his pizza showed up

Its like being at an Italian person’s house. You make your plate and sit down to eat when suddenly a salad and a slice of pizza shows up. The food never stops coming. And then when you are stuffed, dessert shows up. What? Did I just wake up in Italy? I have only had such excellent service in the home of an Italian. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Service: 10/10 The staff was incredible. These guys are passionate about what they do and provided top tier service.
Atmosphere: 5 stars. This is the old blue bamboo location and the exterior has been updated nicely. The interior isn’t high end, but it is comfortable and allows them to keep the food affordable.
Food: 4/5. We had the dinner buffet and a chicken Parmesan. The dinner buffet includes the hot food at the buffet (about 7-8 different options that rotate daily), pepperoni/cheese pizza freshly made in the kitchen, salad options (kitchen), and dessert.
The chicken Parmesan has several options for noodles. Went with spaghetti noodles. I would say good not great. The chicken was a little tough. 3/5. The bread it came with was 5/5.
Buffet pizza was 10/10. It’s New York style. Crispy, soft, and thin. Honestly perfect. V’s pizza should take note with their soggy crap, this is 10x better. I would take it over any takeout or mellow mushroom. You can tell it’s made fresh. No flop.
Salad 5/5.
Dessert was beignets. 10/10. Incredible. I’m not sure if it’s always included, but we got some for free at the end of our meal.
The butter options were hit and miss. The chicken options were tough with the sauce being the saving grace, but the lasagna and other beef/pork products were 5/5.
Overall 5/5 for the price. It’s a few dollars cheaper than chows and I feel is a good value for the price.
If prices go up ($13.99 for dinner buffet) I’d likely elect to go somewhere else, but at this price it’s worth a try!

We went for lunch buffet and the food was hot and very good. We received a complimentary dessert OMG it was Amazing! You have to come here for fresh pizza and pasta. The staff was Amazing as well. Such a nice place and very clean We will surely be back.

Stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon a few weeks back, as we kept driving by and saying we were going to. Greeted by a most friendly host, prompt service and our order was out quickly. Ordered pizza and a pasta dish, also had garlic knots and a delectable desert dish. Definitely worth the visit, and definitely will be back!
