What an incredible place to eat and enjoy company! Cocktails were such a delight! Well-balanced, uniquely flavorful and aromatic, and brought out with little to no wait. Each dish was vibrant and meticulously prepared. The beef and seafood were cooked to perfection with just the right combination of robust sauces. The potatoes were delectably crispy and savory. Portions were way generous. Prices were reasonable. I never wear hats, but, regardless, a tip of my hat to level of expertise delivered from the chef(s) and mixologist(s). Topping it all off was absolutely perfect service. Abby’s friendly and humorous demeanor was wonderfully welcoming, accommodating and just perfectly timed. Wife and I had the exact right blend of time to converse uninterrupted without ever having to wait for anything. That level of awareness of a table’s needs really turns an amazing meal into an amazing experience. Wife n I stretched our date night out to two and half hours and never once felt rushed in this relaxed and homey atmosphere.

Such a wonderful experience for our anniversary! Dining at Celebrations is unlike anything else in Cape Girardeau because of how you enter, what it feels like, and the enthusiasm and genuine hospitality of the staff.
We were treated to one of their themed rooms that coincidentally felt like my childhood dinning room. I felt very comfortable and at home.
The food was phenomenal and so delicious. Because it was our anniversary, we were treated to a free dessert.
I cannot wait to go back it was such a nice time.

Sat at bar to have dinner. The bar was never wiped off and no less than 20 dirty glasses sat on bar the entire time. (Dirty Bar Area, yuck!) We ate/ordered dinner and not once were we offered water. We shared appetizers and not once were we offered plates or asked “how is your appetizers. ” maybe we would have gotten better service had we sat at a table rather than the bar. We dont have a problem going back to a place where food is over priced (like celebration) if the service is good. However, the service was NOT good and we won’t be going back there again!
Oh, one last comment; we heard one of the bartenders laughing because he forgot to charge a table for a bottle of Decoy Wine prior to them leaving. So ridiculous and embarrassing to hear that

Where to begin? I suppose we’ll start at the beginning of the meal where you will be served to wonderfully cooked slices of bread with a salted butter spread. This bread with the butter is a perfect tasting item while preparing for the appetizers. I could honestly eat the bread with the butter all night long if I was allowed to!
For mushroom lovers who also enjoy cheese, you must try their stuff, mushrooms! They are absolutely fantastic, they will not disappoint! We got these every time we go!
The menu is ever changing, but amongst some of our favorite items include the brace pork cheek on a Roman gnocchi, which is just phenomenal. The meat is very tender and well seasoned, well the gnocchi is perfectly cooked and provides a nice balance.
It’s difficult not to order dessert when you dine here because all of it sounds so tempting. One of our favorite desserts is a carrot cake based dessert. I cannot recall the exact name of this dessert, but my husband describes it as the best carrot cake he has ever had in his life, and he is a carrot cake enthusiast. Recently, our menu has posted a chocolate crème brûlée, which is absolutely fantastic and so well done! During our last visit, there was also a cake adorned with nectarines, cream, and berries/berry compote. I hope I have accurately described it, but no further description than delicious is really needed.
The venue is a unique set up. It appears to be a multi room house that was re-renovated to suit the needs for the restaurant. It’s a very unique design, and what we love most about it is that each room is different! Rooms are not so large Which allows for a more intimate setting, and it’s exciting to see the different rooms and decorations each time we go. The staff are very nice and attentive. One of the chefs is always around, looking to attend to tables as well. We have eaten here many times over the past year and I can honestly say that we have never had a bad experience at Celebrations!
This restaurant for sure is well suited for almost any celebratory event. Anniversaries, birthdays, and even for when your mother-in-law comes to town, this restaurant is sure to be enjoyed by all! They both a sophisticated menu at a cost is affordable for most. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We dined at Celebrations last evening to celebrate two birthdays and had a very positive experience. The food and service were both amazing. The dish was absolutely delicious and may have been one of the best meals I have ever had. I would definitely return and order this again.

Celebrations, is hands down the best dinning experience you can find in Southeast Missouri and nothing even comes close.
Wayne and his staff serve phenomenal food and the service is second to none. Our waitress Helen was informative and very outgoing and considerate. Can’t recommend this place enough and wish I could give them 10 stars.
If you looking to go somewhere special to celebrate an occasion don’t bother going anywhere else.

The Pate is an absolute MUST! We seek it out every time we are in town. The Escargot is delicious. Lamb Chops and Pasta are both very tender and cooked to perfection. The service can be a slower pace. Don’t come here expecting to be rushed.

Great place. Good service. Amazing food. I’ve never been there but I will definitely be going back. We didn’t have a reservation but they fit us in. Amy was our server. She was very informative and helpful with the drink and food menus. The portions are heartier then you would think. Every bit of the food was amazing. I was not disappointed, I hope you won’t be. You should try it out. I know you’ll love it too.
