I understand all to well being busy and running behind but when you are quoted a 45 min after order delivery time…show up and get told another 15 minutes, while all you can here is a girl’s loud laughter coming from the back, the girl and the rest of the cooks being so loud with horse play you can hear it at the door. The swearing, and laughing and playing around was ridiculous! But I have to wait 15 more minutes for food that already was told to me a 45 minute wait?? While you all are playing around like toddlers back there? Nope….where is a manager? Who is in charge? Wow, just wow. Disappointing that the first impression of the situation was that there was too much play and not enough work going on, instead of what probably happened which was they got extremely busy with to go orders. But the girl that was in the front of the house was nice, and apologized for the wait, but obviously was not in charge. Felt bad for her as she was the only one apparently working, answering phone and dealing with customers. She did not participate in the kitchens playing around. The staff on Saturday nights needs a manager pronto.

My first impression of this place was a good one today. I haven’t had just a large pizza that had this much meat on it in a long time! It tastes really good! Imos, pizza hut, domino’s, papa John’s, you all need to step your game up on the quality because Celano’s has passed you all up since I had this. Nice customer service too. Appreciate it. Keep up the good work! If anything changes I will change this review.

First time ordering from this location. Waited in the dining room for 5 minutes no one noticed I was in the store. I called on the phone and no one answered the phones. I called for a worker and no one heard me. I then walked behind the counter to knock on the kitchen door for someone to come help me. Received my pizzas only to make it home and one of my pizzas was burnt. There was even ashes in the pizza box. I shouldn’t have to bring this pizza back. It should’ve been caught before I left. While I waited for my new pizza at the store.
The workers were cursing and yelling at one another. You could hear another coworker trying to break up the workers from fighting. One of the workers comes back to tell me that they burnt my pizza a second time. They offered a free soda, but I told them that I just want my money back. She wasn’t sure how to work the machine and couldn’t offer a receipt to verify the refund. They just need to close this location.

My wife and kids don’t like spicy food. I do. Dinner tonight was a little disappointing for most of my family. Food was good though, at a very reasonable price.

I saw the owners response and lowered my three star review to a one star review. They obviously didn’t read the ticket, in the kitchen.. and the owner didn’t read the ticket on the photo and completely missed the point of my Criticism. I won’t be returning.

I don’t normally leave reviews and even worse this is usually one of my favorite places to order from but as of the last month and a half or so it’s like they quit cleaning their ovens. I typically order from here weekly and the last 5+ pizzas I’ve ordered have all had old food burnt on the bottoms of the pizza. It’s like they don’t clean their ovens any more and it’s a shame cause the food is really good. I ordered again tonight after waiting 2 weeks to see if they cleaned their ovens and of course not again, burnt left over food on the bottom of my pizza making the pizza taste burnt in certain bites. Super disappointing.

I ordered pizza and potato skins. I specifically asked for LIGHT cheese on the potato skins. There was cheese everywhere to where I couldn’t even eat them. Would have been nice to get potato instead of cheese boats.

I just spent $50 on Pizza and Wings. I ordered 2 orders of wings and once I received the food, the pizza was cold and the 2 orders of chicken wings were either over cooked or old. This was my 1st experience with this restaurant and it was not good. My husband and I tried to pick through the wings to find a good one to eat, but we were unsuccessfully. I am very disappointed in the place. The young man that took my order and complaint was very nice. His name was Tay. The owner or manager did credit me back my order, but we are hesitant to buy anything else from them.

If I could give zero stars and still review I would. I have been a long time Celano’s customer and they got us through the pandemic. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars at this establishment for a family of 4! I’m spending at least $80 every time I order. Yesterday I placed an order for delivery at 3:30pm, it took my food 1 and a half hours to get to me and when it got to me it was cold, over cooked, so much condensation that my food was wet! I called and I nicely asked for a replacement and explained that the food was not edible. The person on the phone very rudely told me that there was nothing wrong with my order and they refused to give me a refund or replace my items and said this was policy! How?! I’ve ordered a pizza before that slid during delivery and they sent a new one! She also said I could not speak to the manager! I’m so disgusted and disappointed and I will never order from this establishment ever again. Save your money because they can cook your food however, deliver it whenever they want to and pretty much tell you, oh well!
