I had the drip coffee and the lemonade coffee. The lemonade coffee was the perfect balance of acidity, bitterness, and sweetness.
This place is perfectly eclectic and creates a warm, inviting, and cozy environment to study, read, or breakout an old DS.
Respect to the owners and contributors this place is a perfect slice of heaven in bastrop
And that’s just the food before we even get into how stinking cute the place is. Think vintage vibes, food served on china, books tucked everywhere, little plants, and affordable gifts for yourself or friends. It has everything a girl could dream of. Highly recommend.

If you ever need proof that heart, talent, and true hospitality still exist in our local restaurant scene, look no further than Cedars Coppice.
This carrot cake, lovingly made by the owner Shelby herself for my dear friend Marcia’s wedding, was nothing short of divine. From the very first bite, it was clear this was not just dessert, it was an experience. The cake was perfectly moist with warm, balanced spice, and the cream cheese frosting was rich yet light, not overly sweet, and absolutely luxurious. Every bite tasted intentional, handcrafted, and made with love.
The cold foam is terrific on any coffee & the cardamom chia is my favorite tea so far! Great milk & substitute selections available.
Shelby is such a sweetheart and so attentive! Great trinkets, plants, books and antique items.
The atmosphere is unique and inviting!
The atmosphere is super cozy. I look forward
To many more coffee dates here.
There is a section for custom made items and nick nacks. Overall a great spot to visit and relax.
