Here again. 9 months later. After an uncooked pork chop. The service for our group was to say. Very poorly. The first thing was, the drinks came late, second was the food came before the salads or appetizers. Third, the first person’s food was wrong, fourth, the next people’s food came out late and was cold inside the steak and shrimp. 5th. The last person’s food got forgotten, and came about 10 min before we left. 6th. The food that had dinner rolls with it, never came with dinner rolls. 7th, asked for my food to be remade, because the steak was only warmed back up and the other potatoe and shrimp were now cold because of just quickly hearing the steak up. 8th. The waitress never came back for a second round of drinks, and finally asked for the manager which was not there, and got some rude secondary person, that was not very understanding in what all went on. Apologized for the inconvenience and said she understood our situation, but wouldn’t address what really was the underlying issue, and that was poor customer service, a waitress that was improperly trained, and a cook that I assume was not the cook originally scheduled for that restaurant. Only took off the bill for my cold food, and did nothing much for my other friends that were with that had similar issues. Very disappointing, and very upset on how this was handled. Considering I came back after the uncooked pork chops months ago. Was willing to try this place back again. But was very quickly disappointed in the customer service and food.

Avoid this place. I ordered a pickup on a Sat night and after an extra 30 minute wait, I was finally helped by a clueless teenager who clearly had no idea what she was doing. The food was fair to mediocre but my credit card was charged twice for 2 different transactions. I contacted Zach about it and never heard anything back. Total lack of concern & professionalism. The only ready this restaurant even exists is because it’s in a small town. Any real competition & that building would quickly be vacant

Best wings I have had a long time! Wings and fries were cooked so perfectly.
Now a weird thing I have never been to a place that did not have ranch included, that is very strange! I had to pay $1 for two tiny cups of ranch. It should be included though!! Imagine if a big family come in, and end up spending more money on ranch than a whole bottle. Food is DELICIOUS though!

Amazing food! Great, cozy atmosphere! The staff are always friendly. One of my favorite places to eat in town. Cedar Rock has some of the best chips & queso and prime rib sandwiches in the area! Highly recommend!

is a good restaurant for those who live in the middle of no where…over rated…my waitress sit to talk in another table and i was ready to leave cuz i waited a good time so she can get my order.i order and all the food came right away,wich is good but NO when you have to eat your stake before your soup.give 2 star cuz the soup n fries was awesome,steak was cook perfect but never is a 33.00 dollar steak.need more flavor and was a cheap cut,not tender at all…as you see in the pic,evryrhing came at one time pretty much,wings are already cooked,they just pre heated,im a chef,i can tell..also needs flavor…i hate to do bad reviews,but experience tell me,managers never adress the problems,so this way owners can see this and work on it for a better business…you can be a family rest,but staff shoud be more attention on they dutys…oh,chicken sandwich was bad,my daughter end up eating 30 mimutes later somewhere else….

One of the 10 wings where cold and raw (not sure how ONE was still frozen). We didn’t get plates with our appetizer. I ordered the Big Country burger, didn’t have mushrooms on it like it says in the menu and I asked the waitress and she said they ran out of them. She should have told us that when ordering. Unfortunately the waitress never came back and asked us if we needed refills, napkins ex… I also asked for TWO boxes one for the leftover wings and then another for my sons leftover burger and mine to put together and she came back with one and asked for us to put the food together or she “could” grab us another, like, isn’t that the reason why I ordered TWO boxes…?
We like to venture out and try new places but unfortunately we will not return and I would not recommend this establishment. We ordered 4 burgers and it was nothing exciting.
