Nice small town vibe and great seasonal coffee. The pumpkin white mocha was delicious and not too sweet…8.8/10. The wife also enjoyed her French toast latte. Didn’t taste artificial and the expresso was very smooth…. 7.5/10. The service was excellent. We drove 30 minutes to try this new place and would definitely recommend this coffee shop!

Amazing coffee, Cafe! The service is fantastic. They have healthy organic ingredients. The baked goods are delicious. Coffee is fenominal. They get their coffee beans from a local company called Driven Coffee Roasters in Chaska. I’ll definitely be back.

What an adorable coffee shop! The coffee is excellent (I order the iced latte with oatmilk and whip on top); the scone and coffee cake are really good; the workers are very friendly and joyful; and the atmosphere/decor is wonderful, so clean, peaceful and cute in there!

As a new resident to New Prague, I had my first opportunity to check out Cedar Press Coffee this weekend. As a self proclaimed coffee enthusiast & someone who tries to eat clean I could not be more excited. The shop itself is beautiful, I love the aesthetic. The barista, 10 out of 10, she was a helpful & kind young lady. As for the coffee menu, it so wonderful to see natural sweeteners like pure maple syrup, real honey & agave in their hot & cold coffees. I enjoyed the Toasted Coconut Latte & my fiancé had a Maple Iced Coffee, both were delicious & made to order!! I cannot wait to go back & try something new. I have my eye on their French Toast Latte as well as one of their drinks with berry infused maple syrup. Highly recommend. I have been made a loyal customer after visit 1.

Checked it out this morning, whene try a new coffee shop I always order some espresso by itself to get a taste test of it by itself. The espresso here was great; super smooth taste to it and the espresso cup was adorable! I ordered an iced vanilla latte as well and that tasted phenomenal as well. The gal working was Peggy and she was extremely sweet and patient while I looked over the menu. She also chatted with my while the espresso was pouring. Cute shop, will absolutely be back!

Popped down here from Savage and very pleased with this newer looking coffee shop. Latte and cold brew were both fantastic. Shop is very well done and the two ladies working were very welcoming. Will return as much as possible!

Soo good ! I got an iced lavender latte and my husband a Carmel iced latte as well coffe cake and a scone all was top notch . Also atmosphere was great ! From ordering to pickup the staff was super friendly , we will be back !
