My dad and I ate at the Cedar House tonight. Having worked in town, I had heard mixed reviews. Despite the many bad, we tried it out for ourselves. We ordered two chicken strip dinners. Both came out with raw chicken. We sent the chicken back and the waitress was friendly. For what we got, the price is too high, the food was bland and by the time we received new chicken strips the rest of our food was cold. I would not recommend this restaurant nor would I ever go back. I do hope they take criticism and improve the quality of their food. As for the cleanliness of the restaurant, it was pretty clean.

Ordered the prime rib special and it was awful. We were all hungry and on a schedule so re-ordering or sending it back was not an option. No flavor. Looked like it was out of a crock pot not off a grill. Ordered medium, got tough. Looking back, I wish I would have ordered a corn dog because those look really good.

Had an excellent steak, everything was fresh and delish. Oh, and the chicken is also very good. I’m not a big chicken strips fan but Cedar House Grill has amazing strips!

Staff is always friendly. Food is good. Have to watch the menu so plates are pricey. If you look they have some budget friendly food. Well worth going.

The restarunt was very hot in the inside . The waitress was very friendly . The staff was very friendly . In order for the dining experience to be better , the a/c would have to be in good working order . I’ll post another when I have gotten my food .
