Beer was cold, can’t tell you about the food because we couldn’t get served. My thinking is they need help. Locals money must be greener than mine they seem to get served. Oh well maybe will have to try again sometime. But 45 minute drive little far for just a beer

Cedar Grove Tavern is the hot spot place to go to when passing by on US 52 heading toward, or away from Brookville, IN! Their fried chicken is the BEST, with great sides and drinks and they even have a small bowling alley! The atmosphere and service is great and the prices are reasonable and even have an outdoor area to eat! And the restaurant features a lot more than just chicken! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a tasty meal with a variety of beverage choices and wanting to get a few games of bowling in!

Was looking for a place to stop for lunch on our way back home and found this hidden gem. The atmosphere is peaceful, the service was friendly and quick, and the food was amazing. Definitely going to visit again on our next trip.

Great little tavern, burgers are huge, and the wings were good normal franks red-hot sauced wings. Cooked properly.
Has a local feel but plenty of room to enjoy your space.
And they have a bowling alley.

Had the southern fried chicken. Was delicious. Had to wait but was not unreasonable. Staff was very friendly. Received half a chicken and 2 sides for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

This place has one of the best tenderloins in the state and a burger to die for. Plus they have a little bowling alley and the absolute nicest staff and owners! Don’t drive through Cedar Grove without stopping in for a tall cold one or a bite to eat. This place made me feel at home, and I’m from 2 hrs away. Will definitely be back for another meal and friendly conversation. Don’t visit this town without stopping in for lunch!
