I stopped by on a Thursday evening around 6pm and was surprised by how lively it was, clearly a popular spot! The only seat available was near the entrance, so I felt the occasional gust of cold air when the door opened, but that just speaks to how busy they were.
I don’t drink alcohol, so I can’t speak to the drinks, but I ordered the burger and it was excellent. The fries were just as impressive, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Even though I didn’t get to fully take in the ambiance since I was seated by the door, I still had a really positive experience overall.
The staff truly stood out, friendly, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout my visit. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Great vibe! We came because we were able to grab a same day res for a party of 5. The drinks here are great. I got the “you’re so cuke” martini and loved it. I also tried the espresso martini and appletini which were great drinks. For food I tried the Cecchi’s burger. It was good and came with fries. For dessert we shared the cheesecake and chocolate cake. Chocolate cake was delicious and the better of the two for me.

First off WOW! We sat at the bar for lunch. We LOVED the customer service from LUIS, he was Phenomenal. He gave us great recommendations for our first time in NYC. Stanley was also working behind the bar and he was also phenomenal. Food was AMAZING. Their Appletini was a hit. Wow absolutely incredible. We really enjoyed our experienced. Thank you Luis and Stanley ❤️

excellent food and attentive service! the only drawback is how crowded the tables were as it felt like the tables next to us were right on top of us and their servers would be very much in our personal space when they came around

Came across this great bar, while back in this great city visiting family. A very warm and casually-stylish ambiance, and very inviting and cosy, particularly in Winter (at the time of our visit). Very nice eats on the menu and impressive wine selection (oh and nice cocktails too – martini’s being their specialty).

Came here for a classy Friday early happy hour with a friend after work.
The happy hour deal is great — daily 3–5pm. I ordered the $25 martini + fries combo (“New York Happy Meal”) and it was totally worth it. Huge portion of fries, clean martini, and a very generous pour… strong enough that I was tipsy for five hours (haha).
The space is chic and refined without feeling stuffy. They also have a mini martini flight — I didn’t try it this time, but it looked amazing and I’d come back just for that.
Recommend making a reservation in advance — it gets crowded right at happy hour and the bar fills up quickly. Perfect spot for a classy but fun after-work drink.

Great spot for a lively dinner with excellent martinis. We were able to get a normal time reservation on a Saturday night a few weeks in advance. It’s a very loud atmosphere so it’s great for a small group or a fun date but maybe not for parents.
The cocktails are delicious – a martini order is a must. And we loved all of the food. We have the Lobster Salad Lettuce Wraps, San Gennaro in a Blanket, the Striped Bass, the Pork Chop and the Chocolate Cake. Service here was great – not too overbearing but attentive.
Overall I would recommend Cecchi’s for a fun dinner or for drinks and snacks at the bar.

Beautiful place with nice vibe and great atmosphere. Love art deco murals. Service is remarkable.From entering the door we were greeted by friendly hosts. Then we had nicely crafted drinks by the bar. When we were seated our waiter was friendly and helpful. Every dish was tasty and flavorful

It’s refreshing to experience a restaurant where amazing service is clearly their North star. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all fantastic but it’s the focus on exceptional service that really stands out from the moment you arrive and are being seated to the very end of the meal. In a side note, the market salad was amazing, as was the black cod.

I had such a great experience! It was my first time there and I loved it. It was insanely crowded when I arrived for my reservation, but when I checked in I was seated immediately by an incredibly nice hostess. I was by myself and chose to sit at the front. At times the entrance was so crowded I didn’t know how the waiter was going to get through to me, but he did and he was very attentive (the first thing he did was reassure me that he would not forget about me and he absolutely did not!). The food was delicious – I had the chicken à la king and the chocolate cake and they were both outstanding. I felt valued as a patron even though I was a party of one and I especially appreciated that. Thank you for a memorable evening!
