Used to be one of my favorite places to go. The new staff is absolutely horrific. They drag their feet. The line takes forever. Then you gets to the window and see exactly why because everyone is moving like snails. Coffee is burnt. I sound like a Karen right now, which is so sad because I typically don’t leave bad reviews unless I really have to. This is like the sixth time in a row that this exact experience has happened don’t waste your time. Go to the one on coursey.

The worst CC’s I have ever been to by far. Customer service was absolutely INSANE. Barista cussing out other coworkers for not being fast enough or accidentally confusing drinks. Waiting in the drive thru line for 20min. They told me to drive up some, that they would be out in 3 minutes to get the milk I wanted out of the truck. 10 more minutes go by so I went inside and it took another 5 to finally get 2 out of the 3 drinks because they forgot about there 3rd. I wrote the customer service email 2 weeks ago and still no response. I hope that things change soon!

The service here is so bad. The main barista messes up my order every single time. They always take so long in the line always takes forever. It is definitely not a quick morning stop like it’s supposed to be. Not only that, but the coffee also taste burnt almost every time that I get it.

honestly, i used to love coming to this CC’s coffee location. the only reason im still going to this location is because it’s the one closest to my house. the service the last 5-6 times i’ve come here has been AWFUL, all the employees are talking and laughing in the back while there is one barista in the front working every position. as a previous barista of 5 years, this is extremely disappointing to see and experience. i know this location struggles with staffing, but the people who are here for the most part are rude and dismissive. they cursed and yelled at each other in front of a cafe full of customers this past weekend. the coffee is always fine, but the service makes me never want to come back to this location, i’d rather drive to baton rouge honestly.

sat in drive through for 20 minutes after being told to hold on which would have been fine if i wasn’t the only car and it took 20 MINUTES eventually he tells me to order. they’re out of everything i tried to order. he also was absolutely nonchalant and uncaring as possible.

Rudest CS EVER! I order the E22 when I go. EVERYTIME! The guy gave me attitude and told me today that he couldnt add something to it even though they do it EVERY SINGLE TIME. When I asked why did they do it everytime before he caught attitide smacked and said what else you need?! Told him to cancel the order and drove off! This is not the first time with this location. They are horrible!!! I passed 3 coffee places to go there. NEVER AGAIN!

Very poor customer service. Every morning it is a new issue, from waiting 25+ minutes to dealing with disrespectful and incompetent employees. I’m not sure what happened to this establishment’s decency and and common manners but it is absolutely ridiculous and it honestly ruins my morning every time I go here. This place is in desperate need of a change, very disappointing.

stopped by CC’s Coffee on what was clearly a very busy morning — there was a line out the door and a packed drive-thru. Having worked in customer service myself, I know how challenging those rushes can be, but I was genuinely impressed with how the team handled it all.
Despite the chaos of the morning coffee crowd, every staff member remained calm, positive, and incredibly efficient. They worked together seamlessly to keep the line moving and orders coming out quickly, all while keeping a smile on their faces. That kind of teamwork and attitude doesn’t go unnoticed!
On top of the great service, my Espresso 22 was absolutely delicious — rich, smooth, and exactly what I needed to kickstart my day.
Big kudos to the team at CC’s for making the busy morning feel easy. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff is friendly. However, I shouldn’t be waiting about 15 minutes to get 1 out of 2 medium simple drinks. There was no one else in the store. Jsut a few drive thru customers. Why did it take almost 20 minutes to get both of my drinks?
