If you are in eureka check this spot out. The staff was friendly and prompt. The food was absolutely delicious. The filet, ribeye, fries, spuds…all top notch. Highly recommend.

We came for valentine’s Day and we we’re happy to hear that we could order from the dinner menu even though we had our reservation for 3:30. For a chophouse, the steak was not worth the money! Our total bill was $170. Paid $210 only because the service was superb. My husband got the 16 oz Ribeye. I got a sirloin, I think 12 oz. Both ordered medium, came out under done. They were both tough and grisly. The butternut squash wasn’t cooked all the way. The baked potato was good! The Caesar salad didn’t have enough dressing. For appetizers we had southwest eggrolls that were cooked too long and Diablo shrimp wasn’t bad. None of the Signature drinks sounded appealing so I had a vodka and tonic. My husband had the chophouse margarita and it was really good! The service was excellent! I believe our server’s name was Jay, he was awesome! I really wanted dessert to take home but did not want to be disappointed so I didn’t get one.

As part of a “New Years Resolution” of sorts to focus on supporting more local businesses this year, my wife and I took her family to dinner to CB’s this past Friday. Food, service, everything was excellent. Prices are a bit up there, but no different than any other independent steakhouse. And the size of these steaks! My wife got the strip steak that was a solid 1.25-1.5″ thick! They make a top notch cocktail too

I have to say — I wanted to LOVE this place! And in many ways, I really did. The customer service was fabulous — our waiter made great drink suggestions, the food runners were attentive, and the manager even made rounds to check on guests. That personal touch goes a long way.
We originally stopped in for just one drink and maybe a shared appetizer… but the menu convinced us to dive in a little deeper!
We ended up ordering the shrimp, swordfish, and Corner Bites. The swordfish stole the show — perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, absolutely delicious. The shrimp was cooked beautifully, but the sauce — a unique mix of marinara, cocktail, and a hint of heat — just wasn’t our favorite. The Corner Bites were beautifully presented, but a bit of a letdown. I couldn’t find the cheese and the balsamic glaze (I think that’s what it was) felt overpowering, rather than complementary.
As for drinks:
The New Fashion was a delight — smooth, balanced, and creative.
The Bourbon Sour wasn’t quite to my taste, but others may enjoy it.
We ended the meal with a blueberry cheesecake — though it wasn’t the traditional cheesecake we expected. It was more of a cake, iced with cream cheese frosting and topped with blueberries. Still, it was moist, flavorful, and a lovely finish to the meal.
I’ve heard great things about their lunch offerings, so we might return to give that a try. The service alone makes it worth another visit.
Enjoying life 1 bite, 1 sip, and 1 small town at a time. Explore everything!

Very overpriced for the quality of food, location, and ambiance. Not very clean looking, bathroom was a little rough & the sink was clogged, a couple flies buzzing around. The food was fine…but not at all worth the prices. This is food I’d expect to get at a chain restaurant, and for half the price…plus very simple $15-16 cocktails??? Literal cocktail bars are cheaper than that…This place is in a dingy strip mall. Just bc your business says chophouse in the name doesn’t mean you automatically should have the prices of a normal one.

I was excited. Very friendly. I have only complaint. My hamburger was overcooked, and I asked it specifically to be medium to medium rare. Surprisingly, it still had great flavor. It was a tad on the pricey side but if the hamburger was spot on I wouldn’t mind. I’ll definitely be back to give it another try. There’s plenty on the menu.
I’m going to go back can’t give it another shot and I’ll update this review accordingly.

My husband and I absolutely loved going here for our Valentine’s Day date night! The food was amazing, the service was top notch, and the overall atmosphere was so welcoming and warm. We will definitely go back in the future!

I travel a lot, so I see a lot of different restaurants. I have very mixed emotions about this one. It is a relatively friendly environment in the bar area. I did look at the meat market, and it looked absolutely fantastic. My problem is the food came undercooked, and when it’s salmon, that’s a big deal. The bartender was attentive and friendly. One other thing that is a letdown is when the locals spend their afternoon in this place, complaining and bitching about what’s going on in their world.

Service was excellent. The owner even stopped by my table. I ordered the ribeye. It was cooked to perfection. Normally, I like a leaner cut of meat, but this was very flavorful.
Salad was somewhat on the small side. House vinaigrette was okay. I also would have liked bread served with the salad as many places do. I guess they saved me from a few extra calories that I didn’t need. The potato salad was a tasty choice for my side.
Coffee was served in a clear, glass mug which I greatly appreciated. It was made fresh.
On Wednesday nights, they have live entertainment. Unfortunately, I was there too early.
I will be back on a Sunday to try out their prime rib special.
Additional Notes: Even though the restaurant is technically located in Fenton, MO, it seems closer to Valley Park.

We were visiting family from Florida and went for a late lunch / early dinner. My daughter ordered the filet steak sandwich, my brother the frisco melt, my Dad had a sausage pizza, and myself with the lunch cannelloni and a side Caesar salad. Everything we had was delicious! While this is a steakhouse, the chef is talented in preparing everything on their menu. The atmosphere and service were great as well, we will be back for steaks next time we visit!
