Cazuela’s was spectacular! I ordered from Uber Eats and everything still showed up fresh and warm. I got the Chimi Dippers and the tortilla itself was divine, let alone the fact that i generally don’t eat chicken as a protein in my Mexican food but there’s was 1 of 1. I also ordered the chimichanga dinner and the rice was the most flavorful rice ever had. I was very grateful. Thank y’all

Been ordering from this place for quite sometime now however today’s experience has shown me we need to take a break i purchased 3 dinners via 3rd party for pick up for my family to get home to chimachigas without queso my son was terribly upset this is not what they typically serve was not as pictured.the tacos were good tho. My son asked for me to melt some cheese for him compromise. Who serves dry chimachigas? Apparently they do without request.very disappointed and waste of money and parking

Service was terrible! Server was non attentive and unapologetic! Wasn’t busy at all when we walked in and got sat with chips, salsa, and margaritas! As soon she started getting sat more people/parties, she basically ignored us and we had to have 3 different people hunt her down!!! Of course it gets busy and you get side tracked, but it basically took her an hour to get back to us to take our order after a party who arrived after us got there food! They had a party of 8, we had a party of 3! She was incredibly rude to us as soon as we came in and wasn’t very friendly! She just wanted a tip from us basically, I don’t know if I will be back this specific location! Very hostile service

This place has gone downhill so fast. You’ll get something that resembles food if you’re lucky. But Ricardo is the worst employee I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. And then they try to add their own 30%+ tip and hope you don’t notice.

It is a decent Mexican restaurant with great service, large screens, and free chips and salsa. It also serves lunch specialties and taco Tuesday discounts. Their black beans and rice tasted amazing. Tacos tasted great with avocado sauces, but Tacos flours were a little thick.

The service was exemplary! Joan was awesome!! And the wall art is gorgeous. That is all the good I have to say. Food was gross, my friend made the joke that it was white people mexican, but it’s worse than that. Very bland, unseasoned, overcooked, stale, you name it. Margaritas were good but even the chips for chips and queso were stale. Won’t be back. Big red flag when he took my order and called it corn on the cob instead of elote.
