I place my order online. 2 sandwiches and then 6 fresh bagels to go. Told it will be ready in 10 mins. Arrive to pick up my order. Place is not busy by any means. 2 other people there eating. Wait another 15 mins inside. So 25 mins total for basically 2 bagel sandwiches. Unreal. Sad because the bagels are delicious

Seriously the best! I come from NH where we have Einstein and The Works Cafe which are 5/5 10/10 best places to get bagels. Cazenovia Bagel beats them both with their cozy cafe with all the basics and then some!
