I sat there and observed what I perceived to be the owner or the manager. She must have known everyone personally because she welcomed them and even gave hugs to many of them. It was a strong family environment that created a great environment. Plus my order was great and served quickly. My server was also extremely nice.

Just went to caza brava for the first time with my friend and my 2 kids. Such a nice family atmosphere. The workers were so kind and checked on us several times. Very impressed by customer service. The food was good too! Will visit again and tell friends and family.

Holy cow this restaurant was extraordinary the staff was super respectful and kinda the waitress who took care of me and my boyfriend was the sweetest human ever she took time to talk and laugh she checked on us frequently she brought us free Mexican street corn because it was our first time coming to dine at the restaurant my boyfriend went to the counter to ask a question and the owner gave us a free tres leches came which was absloutley to die for this restaurant has an amazing authentic family feel to it javier the owner was the kindest mad when my card kept declining because the machine was unable to read it he told us to go that our meal was on the house and he looked forward to seeing us again I would recommend this place to anyone that asks for a good spot to eat thank you to the amazing staff

What an amazing experience me and my girlfriend had here this place is amazing. The food came out fast , the staff is friendly and amazing. Our waitress was the sweetest lady ever. My girlfriend ordered 2 quesadillas and I ordered the Chori Pollo. The food was delicious , some of the best ive had! It was our first visit to this restaurant and the staff gave us some street corn and a tres leches cake free of charge and it was also phenomenal! After our meal our credit card kept declining due to the machine not being able to read it and we were gonna go get it in cash but the manager Javier told us not to worry ab it! Javier , Kevin , and Joaquin are awesome people and I would highly recommend you come here for the multitude of reasons ive listed!

Absolutely wonderful place to eat. Food is WONDERFUL. Always out fast and always warm. Staff is so wonderful and kind and owners are amazing. The entire dinner staff was helping all customers, not just their tables, and the owners were doing dishes, bussing tables, and assisting customers. My favorite place to eat. The best people every time.

Great selection. Lots of fun appetizers. Esquites is delicious. Some of the dishes are a little… confusing (?). I ordered a strange shrimp and pepper molcajete once. It was not what I expected based on the menu description. But it was still good. On average all the dishes are great. Ingredients seem fresher than typical.

My favorite place in Knoxville!!! I drive off campus just to come here and eat the amazing food! They have the most friendly safe and amazing atmosphere. Super clean bathrooms as well and clean restaurant. Most amazing staff!!

Caza Brava is one of my favorite places in Knoxville. I am a local and this place is always my go to when it’s about Mexican food. The food is delicious, the service is outstanding and I love the warm feeling of being in an authentic restaurant with people that really care about the customer experience. Drinks are great!! Margaritas are so good here plus they have wrapped burritos (which I didn’t take a picture of it) but they are so good! If you’re close to them, please go visit them, you won’t regret it ❤️❤️ they have indoor and outdoor area, so there is that option too ❤️
