We’ve been a few times. This time we were celebrating a friend’s birthday. It was good but there is room for improvement. The bartender was brand new and although the assumed owner helped, the cocktails were not great. The food was decent (seafood bake was bomb, broiled haddock was good, salads were fresh, turkey club decent, and beef on a week good but could be more tender). Service was friendly but not super speedy. This place has so much potential but not quite there yet. Will try again but not anytime soon.

I had a very enjoyable meal. It was the chicken parmesan with linguine with a delicious sauce and a homemade style soup as an appetizer. They have a great chef there named, “Matt”.
They have a very extensive menu and they are known for their steaks. It was my first visit and I was really impressed. I will be going back again soon. I sat at the bar and had excellent service from my server, a very nice young lady. The place has a very nice atmosphere and they are very attentive to details. I thought the prices were reasonable considering the economy as it is now. Sorry I forgot to take some photos but I will on my next visit and will post them as soon as possible.

Regularly I enjoyed coming here but the past few times have been very unpleasant. My server’s name was Jessica each time and simply because of her I won’t be back. She’s very flirty in not good ways and she’s very forgetful and the service was bad all around. I will be finding a new place she does not support the good atmosphere that the Blue Moon used to be.

Where to start, first, by far I had one of the best steaks I have ever had, seasoned, grilled, and cooked perfectly. We went to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. I drove down from Syracuse, and I had coordinated with a florist to deliver flowers at the restaurant for her. It went flawlessly, they had the flowers arranged beautifully at our table. The host, the waitress, and the whole staff could not have been friendlier, they were the true definition of what customer service should be, in fact, it was beyond customer service, it was passion. We all enjoyed our meals, we had the margherita pizza for an appetizer, it was huge and one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had..and it was just an appetizer! The cream chicken soup was amazing, the salad size plentiful. My mother’s chicken parm was so tender and fresh, she didn’t even need to cut it with a knife, it was lightly breaded, browned perfectly and the portion was large enough for a take home meal. The desert menu sounded delicious and was packed with variety, sadly, we did not have room. I believe that this little nook is truly one of CNY’s best kept secrets. The setting is dark and intimate with beautiful wood finishing and wall décor, the cleanliness spotless. I have paid double in prices, and not had food of this quality. Well done Blue Moon Grill, and thank you for being a part in making our celebration special, we’ll be back.
