Friendly and attentive service, good combination of Puerto Rican local foods and Spanish-influenced dishes. The conch stuffed Monfongo, a renowned local dish, was both unique and delicious. The calamari and cesare salad were good, but the crab cake was quite salty. Entree wise, skirt steak was fine. We asked for our pella to have less salt and to be fully cooked (hard and dry); and it was delicious.
Overall, I’d recommend this place if you are interested in good quality local food.

In Condado, is a seafood spectacular worthy of multiple visits! I had a few appetizers and each one was better than the next. The cod croquettes are a must. I also ordered scallops and tuna tartare and tres leches. Everything was DELICIOUS!
If you like Mofongo this is the place to try it. I am coming back to try the seafood Mofongo that I saw others tried and raved about.

We arrived a few minutes before our 7 pm reservation and were happily seated right away. The small restaurant was packed but service was warm and attentive, and the food and drinks quite tasty. We enjoyed an assortment of empanadas, tostones with ceviche, and then shared a stuffed mofongo.
We’d certainly come back!

The food was good especially the shrimp mofongo. We had the scallops, empanadas, and the octopus. The place is small but the glass walls make the sound bounce off and 2 groups were very load. The hot sauce offered is very good.

Classy with a youthful vibe. Great presentation on the food but most dishes were a niss for me. Just a taste preference, I suppose, because my husband liked everything. Highly recommend the croquettes.

We had dinner here at the suggestion from our hotel staff. It was remarkable! The conch salad was delectable, the mojito was perfect and the seafood pasta dish was out of this world! Don’t sleep on this place!

Ordered scallops, salmon with mash potatos, raw yellow tail, caesar salad, and crab cakes. Literally everything is so good, including all the sauces/dressing. Sangria are refreshing and not too sweet with fresh blueberries raspberry, grape, cherry and blackberry. Espresso martini was one of the best I’ve tasted. Servers were all excellent employees. Small place, can get noisy but just from people talking. Im still eating and writing this.

My husband and I spent our 17th wedding anniversary in PR (one of our favorite places) and decided to eat at Cayo Blanco. The server (Alejandro) was ah-maz-ing and food better than that…whew! I generally dont clean my plate, but I tried and the hot sauce was hot, flavorful and a must have…. buy it.

We had an amazing time at Cayo Blanco! The staff were super kind and patient, and they made us feel very welcome. Every dish we tried was flavorful and fresh — especially the seafood. Definitely one of the best meals we had in Puerto Rico!
