Covolo is really, really good! Had an exceptionally good late lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. Arriving about 3:30 we were greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. The atmosphere is really nice and warm…its definitely NOT a pizza shop vibe…its upscale yet chill. Our server Devon arrived at our table, introduced himself, answer some question that we had about the menu and took our drink order. Two house wines (a red & a white) are available by the glass and served in a carafe which will fill the small rustic glass (not a typical wine glass) about two and a half times. I had the red and it was a good house wine. They offer plenty of wines by the bottle and the bottles are displayed throughout the space. Italian themed cocktails are also offered.
My wife and I ordered the meatballs (they are incredibly delicious), the Ferrari Pizza (also super good) and a side of their homemade ranch dressing for dipping the crust! The wood fired pizza is done perfectly with generous toppings and the perfect crust.

There is also a nice outside porch area that is enclosed in the winter with tower heaters scattered around providing a nice comfortable environment.
Service, Food, Drinks & Atmosphere are all TOP NOTCH. This is definitely one of our favorite spots in Lititz…and there are many!

THIS Cavolo’s Masterpiece is THE MOST DELICIOSO PIZZA that I have ever had‼️
Ann is a very positive, warm and welcoming presence from the moment I stepped inside Cavolo’s!
Grace joined the initial introduction with Ann and she’s also bright and took time to share info, ananswer questions!
Camryn is a ray of sunshine and is peaceful kindand very attentive!

Really good food, very authentic and real tasting and feeling. They have amazing drinks, really good beer, but definitely on the more expensive side of pizza.
I was seated by a Hostess named Marla, who was extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming. She greats every guest with a smile every time.
Grace, the manager, was also very helpful and kind.

I had an exceptional experience here earlier this week. I’m a big fan of any pizza; while it seems like the trend these days leans towards NYC, Detroit, or “New Haven” style, it’s really nice to see a more Neapolitan-style done so well.
I loved the carafe by the glass service for wine. The red featured was an Umbrian Gamay which goes crazy with pizza. I do like a smaller, more focused menu, but It would be nice to see some more by the glass options! Sitting outside and people watching along lititz pike on top of everything else really made me feel very relaxed.
This is an excellent addition to the Lancaster County restaurant scene.

My husband and I were in town for a quick overnight and this place was attached to the hotel. It’s unassuming and a really nice surprise. The food was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend the Italian Deli Salad. It was a lovely surprise. Devin and the entire staff gave perfect service. We will definitely be back.

Really good wood fired pizza. Crust had nice char with great taste. The Puccia fresh bread was very unique – light and fluffy inside with crispy shell and lots of flavor. Nice job on the Limoncello spritz! Highly recommend.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and was immediately made to feel welcomed by our bartender Ray. He went out of his way explaining the menu and answering a whole host of questions. Despite having his hands full, he walked us through the flavor profiles of a bunch of the amaro cocktails on the menu. We had the Roni pizza which was amazing. The food would have brought us back anyway, but the service and atmosphere guarantee it!

Tried out a new pizzeria today and I was impressed! You can tell that the dough was great quality, we got the sausage pizza, queso fundido appetizer, and Aperol Spritz. Our server, Riley, was also lovely, she was incredibly attentive, and offered great recommendations. Overall, a great experience!
