Very upsetting experience. Came for the Martini Happy Hour and were turned away. They said shorts were not allowed despite no dress code on the website. We even offered to change. But we were then told the Happy Hour was only available at the bar, which was only four seats and completely full. This was also not on the website. And this was despite the restaurant being completely empty and having plenty available reservations for the night. Waste of our time

Wow! There are no words, they should have a line around the block!! The lobster, the scallops, the tuna, the halibut, and everything on their menu is to die for. Just went back for the third time in a few months! It is that amazing. By far one of my absolute favorite meals in Miami and I am used to 5 star dining around the world from NYC to St Barth’s. Even their dessert crème brûlée covered in caviar was absolutely sensational. Did I mention they make the best martini I’ve ever had in Miami?! Run, you will not be disappointed. It is that amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in NYC. We saw there was a location in Miami where we are going for a trip and was so excited! We called ahead to reserve a table for 6 adults and 3 children. We appreciate they were able to accommodate our son plus our friends 2 kids. The whole vibe of the dinner though was disappointing. Nothing like the service we received on multiple visits to the NYC location. The server although somewhat polite, seemed annoyed and curt with us. We assume it’s because we had children? But if children are not welcome, they should not have said it was ok while making the reservation. I’m also currently pregnant and asked about non alcoholic options. He said they could probably make something for us. But never asked again the entire meal until I requested an option from a different server. Our waters were also not refilled. The restaurant was only half filled but the service for the food was extremely slow. We started at 6 and by 830 we were still waiting for our dishes. We ended up having to cancel the last courses and leave by 9ish. All the courses were delicious as usual except for the foie gras dish which was very very salty and difficult to eat even spread on the toast provided. I’ve never left foie on the table, this would be the first. The meal wasn’t so horrible, but we all agreed this particular servers attitude just made us feel very unwelcome and set the tone for a negative experience at the restaurant. Our bill btw was just under $3k with a $440 mandatory 20% gratuity

I want to start by thanking the team on duty 6/28, you all made our experience so unique and pleasant. The food was amazing and the drinks spectacular. Our favorites were the scallop cone and the madeleines. The location is beautifully decorated and the guests can enjoy a relaxed and intimate ambiance. The place exudes refinement and the menu creativity. We will certainly return for the full tasting menu.

If you enjoy caviar, you can’t miss this place. First of all, this is the most authentic place to enjoy caviar. Second of all, they almost give away ( don’t get me wrong.. still pricy but..) great caviar for the price you pay. Our favorite is the Martini Hours. Order a classic martini starting $15 and you will get this beautiful Caviar Cornet compliment. Another favorite of ours is baked potato with Caviar.. absolutely delicious and they dump almost 1.5oz of classic Osetra on top of the potato and it’s only $65. The best deal in town for sure. We stayed at nearby AirB&B for a month and ended up visiting this place 4 times. We will be back!

This is a serious restaurant with very good food and decent professional service
Small and perfect dining area with open kitchen located in outstanding lobby in the four seasons building in Brickell Avenue
The oysters was perfect
The foie Gras mousse was served with strawberries which was instead of the traditional compote of apple! A new idea and we liked it
The tuna tartare topped with caviar was super good to excellent
The Caviar and it’s accompanying mixing presentation was outstanding and super good
The Moët et Chandon Champagne alongside the Caviar was great combination and we enjoyed the whole dinner experience and we will definitely comeback again

If you know, you know—Caviar Russe in Brickell might just be the low-key best restaurant in Miami. No theatrics, no over-the-top scene—just pure, effortless five-star class. From the moment you step in, you’re transported into a world of refinement where luxury is second nature and every detail is flawlessly executed.
This isn’t just another high-end spot—it’s a family business with serious pedigree. A NYC staple, now thriving in Miami, known for sourcing some of the world’s finest direct-from-the-source caviar. And trust me, you need to go all in. Do the caviar tasting. Pop a special bottle of champagne. Have them shave fresh truffles over everything. And whatever you do, get the baked potato with caviar—it’s a masterpiece, pure indulgence in its simplest, most perfect form.
And then there’s Ilya, the owner, who runs the place with a level of passion and precision that makes the experience feel even more personal. This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an institution of taste, elegance, and service.
If you’re looking for a loud, flashy scene, look elsewhere. But if you want to be treated like absolute royalty while dining on some of the finest ingredients in the world? Caviar Russe is Miami’s most exclusive hidden gem.

Pretty decent place with an overall pleasant culinary experience. Although not particularly exciting dishes, the execution was good and the flavor is there.
