My first time coming here and man what a place! I’m kinda Americanized for a Hispanic male so I ordered the Hawaiian burger and had them put an egg over easy in it. It was insanely great!!! One of the best I’ve ever had. It was a little messy between the BBQ sauce, pineapple and egg but delicious! The fries had a nice seasoning on it as well. The inside had wall too wall big screens and even outside had a very nice sitting area that I failed to photograph unfortunately. You must check this place out and see for yourself!

From the outside looking in, you wouldn’t know what to expect. I was surprised to find a whole vibe inside! You walk up, order, and they bring the food to your table. We ordered the Lomo Saltado and it was bomb! I devoured that in 15 min! we also ordered two drinks and the music was at the perfect level. Parking can be a little difficult but worth it!!

When your craving something different and delicious, this is the spot. Love coming here for Lunch. My favorite is the “Lomo Saltiado” or The Jalapeno Burger, Yummy. As a beer lover that I am, love their selection on Draft Craft beer and single serve Craft beers. The service is great and fast and competitive prices. Never have tried their rotisserie chicken, but I heard it’s Good.

The space looks like an authentic Peruvian joint.
Interesting and very tropical types interior and decor.

I got saltado chicken and fish tacos. The chicken was good. The fish tacos were okay. Maybe my palete didn’t like it. Horchata was surprisingly very good.

Friendly service. Ordered the signature combo. Soggy sandwich, soggy fries. Big piece of bacon, small amount of chicken. The spicy avocado bottle on tabletop was good. Made the soggy bread and fries taste ok. Huge projector TV great for watching sports. Dimly lit and
Comfortable. But for $14 there is many better options. Things they can improve on are toasting bottom bun. Cooking fries longer, adding 1oz more chicken to sandwich.

I ordered the Lomo saltado the flavor was delicious the portion was substantial but it should have had a bit more beef in the dish
This was my first time here it seems to be popular for lunch and I did try the pollo de ajó that was a very large portion for the price point half a chicken small side of rice black beans and four pieces of fried plantain definitely something that could be potentially shared.

If I’m in the area and I’m craving Peruvian food would definitely do it again.

This is a great place to dine in or out in the patio. Parking is small but Caveman kitchen usually has parking, ask the security to assist you with that. The menu includes a variety of delicious plates. The service is excellent! Highly recommend you to take your family there.

If you want to be dancing in your seat while you’re waiting for (and eating) your food, come to this place. It’s Peruvian-American in my opinion. The food was awesome! I had the Cave Club Sandwich Combo. I’ll come back soon to have the Lomo Saltado.
