We are passionate about eating and drinking clean foods and freshly prepared beverages. Cavegirl Coffeehouse was conceived as an alternative to other Coffeehouses which may be serving up sugary syrups, processed fruit substitutes and inflammatory, hard to pronounce (and spell!) ingredients.
Eat and drink our clean, organic foods and beverages every day without guilt and, most of all, without harmful chemicals and toxins!
Cavegirl Coffeehouse is Longmont’s premier clean-drinking, clean-eating, 100% gluten-free Coffeehouse with a modern & healthy flair. Cavegirl is located right in the heart of super trendy Prospect New Town with 2-story outdoor seating overlooking the energetic Prospect New Town Park.

The service is exceptional. The people were super friendly and the drinks are delicious. I got the iced espresso caramel latte with almond milk, iced cappuccino which was in a cup however, wish I would have gotten more. Spiced iced Chai was great. Got the avocado toast and blueberry crumble bar. Loved the progressive flag, felt very welcoming.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is good, but surprisingly priced for just how much you can get.
I ordered a burrito, expecting a normal breakfast burrito, similar in size to what I would get anywhere else.
What I ended with was a slightly larger than an egg roll from Panda Express.
It tasted fine, but I am doing a midrange bike ride, and had expected this to be a more efficient “refueling” stop for me on the route around Longmont.
Food is good but pricey, and serving sizes are smaller than expected.

Wow talk about a 5 star COFFEEHOUSE! Located in an eclectic neighborhood that will make you wonder if you’ve been transported to a kind of techie community in the 50’s. The coffe is excellent, and you should try one with the big as your face chocolate chip cookies! Its a great place to read, catch up with friends. or just hang out by yourself. Its worth a visit!

What a special spot!
Tons of seating, and bright big windows to let in the sun.
Amazing array of gluten free options.. I was in paradise! Ultimately only got the little seed ball with cacao nibs (don’t remember the name) but it was dreamy. Wish I’d come when I was hungrier! My boyfriend who’s not gluten free got a sandwich and was very impressed.
Definitely recommend this spot 🙂

This place has a great vibe with plenty of comfortable indoor seating and a nice outdoor seating area. Cavegirl is a fabulous place to work, catch up with a friend or simply sit and enjoy a delicious latte. I didnt order any food but it looked delicious.

Don’t understand where the ‘exceptional service’ reviews come from. This place was recommended but we were made to feel unwelcome, had to wait for almost 20mins for a simple panini and it wasn’t busy (staff just wandering aimlessly around) and the food itself turned my stomach in minutes – way too greasy. I don’t like putting poor reviews out but this is totally warranted sadly. Visitor beware!

Nice , quaint & comfortable environment…Feels like Starbucks but without all the fanfare & hoopla, plus they have healthier options, not as commercial as the corps… Ordered a tumeric oat milk latte, was very good. Fair pricing, friendly service , all you need in a coffee house, and they have it!

Quite possibly the best coffee house I’ve ever been in period! I am from New Jersey and I wish we had a coffee house like this! The whole place is gluten free and they really take pride in everything they serve. I ordered a vanilla latte that was delicious. And a 1/2 of an avocado with a fried egg and some greens that was so spectacularly seasoned, it just was delicious and so healthy! The vibe is so awesome. There’s cool inside seating, an amazing outdoor seating area and a deck that you can have your coffee on in the beautiful morning sun. The menu for breakfast and lunch is carefully thought out, nice and light and healthy. I also had a pecan blueberry gluten free donut that was the best donut I ever had and I am not kidding you. I had a beautiful healthy breakfast and then a beautiful healthy donut! Look at my pic and you will see why I couldn’t resist! I found my new happy place when I am visiting my friend who lives here in Colorado. I will be here every single day until I leave and go back to boring New Jersey. I will miss this coffeehouse! Oh, and the staff are so kind and helpful and fun. I just love this place! It’s perfect! Don’t change a thing. I wish they had T-shirts to buy because I would wear it so proudly!

I had a Pumpkin Pie latte and a London Fog muffin. Both were very tasty. The atmosphere was was cozy. I sat in a big armchair by a fireplace. It was very busy on Saturday morning. Very family friendly.
