The atmosphere and environment are truly the standout here. The décor is beautiful, very thoughtfully done, and genuinely one-of-a-kind. It’s a unique space and absolutely worth visiting at least once just to experience the setting.

The food, however, was just okay. It wasn’t bad by any means—it was good—but it also wasn’t particularly unique or memorable, especially compared to how special the space itself feels. The service was fine overall.

That said, there were a couple of policies that really took away from the experience. The first was that every person in the party is required to order food. This became an issue since we were traveling with a toddler who had already eaten. Despite that, we were required to order from the kids’ menu and ended up paying $20 for a pasta dish that was simply buttered noodles, which was very disappointing for the price.

The second policy was even more confusing. When dessert was brought out, we asked for the check so we could eat and head out, and our server told us she couldn’t provide the check until we were completely finished with dessert. That felt unrealistic and unnecessary, and I’ve never encountered that before.

Our server herself was pleasant and fine overall—possibly new, as she didn’t seem very confident with explaining the policies—but the rules themselves felt rigid and oddly enforced.

Overall, while the atmosphere alone makes it worth visiting once, we probably won’t be returning. The food didn’t justify the experience, and the policies detracted from what could have been a much more enjoyable visit.

This was our first visit. As others have commented, the decorations are spectacular! I won’t post more pics as there are lots here already.
Our waitress Adrianna was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating.
The food was tasty, but we’ve had meals just as good elsewhere for less money. Maybe they charge more to pay for the decorations.

The decorations were really amazing in every room, like floor to ceiling ornaments and glitter, but that didn’t make up for slow service and only 2/4 meals were good. The filet was amazing and so was my daughter’s rigatoni, but my son’s pasta al forno and my husband’s chicken parmesan (not pictured) weren’t worth taking home. Service was so slow the appetizer came before our server brought us water. We paid for the atmosphere but won’t go back.

An Unforgettable Anniversary at Cava!

My husband and I celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary at Cava, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our server, Ben, gave us the best experience. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel celebrated all night.

The drinks were creative and delicious, the food was seasoned and cooked perfectly, and when it came time for dessert, everything looked so good we couldn’t decide. Ben helped us choose, and he was spot on. It was incredible!

The atmosphere was so unique and magical. The upstairs rooftop had a fun Hocus Pocus theme, while the downstairs was completely Wicked-themed with full dining areas set up for Elphaba and Glenda. We didn’t even know those rooms existed until Ben told us to check them out and take pictures. Such a thoughtful touch that made the night even more special.

Everything, the service, food, drinks, and creative decor all made it a night we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back!

We made reservations for cava for our New Year’s Eve dinner. The atmosphere was amazing the food was amazing the decorations holy smokes great. My only thing that I would change is maybe setting up areas during a busy time like that to take photos. I noticed a lot of passageways being blocked by people wanting to take pictures and of course you want to take pictures it’s absolutely gorgeous I took pictures. I just think the restaurant itself should make designated areas to be out of the way for people to take pictures. My other complaint was there was a 100% urine on the floor in the ladies room and a person that worked there came out of that bathroom before me. Being a server myself I believe that it is her responsibility to A. make sure the bathroom is clean and B. clean it up if it’s not. The service was amazing nothing else was bad. Honestly it was a great night and the restaurant is so beautiful.

If your looking for a festive, extravagantly decorated restaurant – this would be at the top of the list! During the holidays we decided to check it out & we were not disappointed! Food & deserts were good, a bit pricey – but your paying for the atmosphere & impeccable service! We will definitely go back for a holiday meal in the future.

This is a great place, like great. I was impressed by the themed decorations. There isn’t even enough time to see everything they’ve got going on. Great place to make a first impression. I was served the Duck. Duck isn’t done well by everyone. No problems here. It’s the best I’ve had since first trying it at The Whitney in Detroit Michigan. I would highly recommend this spot for date night, anniversary… whatever. You will have a good experience. FYI, it’s kind of hard to see my plate because I was seated in the Valentine’s Day room.

First time here and wow — the decorations were absolutely out of this world. Every room had a different theme, and it’s honestly crazy how much effort and creativity the restaurant and staff put into decorating. The food was really good, the service was quick, and the whole experience was fun and memorable. Definitely worth checking out.

We visited in December 2025. Our visit started with a hostess leading us to our table at a speed similar to run-walking. She literally lost us 2 times and we weren’t slowing at all to check out the decorations.

We ordered Pellegrino which was poured into the same drinking glass as our normal water (we are accustomed to a wine-like glass being used).

The pace of service seemed inconsistent from the beginning which was no big deal until we were warned that our entree might come out soon as the salads were served since “there are 600 people in the restaurant.”

To start with an order of fig goat cheese with crostini followed by salads. The salads came out nearly at the same time as the starter. Our small 2-top table was not large enough for all of the items and I had to put our Pellegrino bottle and candle on the floor. I then moved the started to our small plates, again to make room on the table since we now had our salads and starter fighting for space.

The entrees arrived prematurely as we were warned and we finished our salads as our entrees cooled.

The entrees were unimpressive. For a Cheesecake Factory they would have been “good” but for a restaurant charging $35 & $40 for pasta entrees it was very disappointing. We ordered Linguini primavera and the pasta alla vodka with Beyond sausage added.

The linguini was flavorless and had very small bits of vegetables. The Rigatoni Ala vodka was better but was somewhat overpowered by the plant based sausage; although there WAS a generous amount of sausage throughout the dish.

The server did not once check in on us, The entrees were served by someone we had not seen previously. While eating our server cleared a few items from our table and warned us that the check would arrive soon because of “timed seating”

We were done before the check arrived. When it did arrive I immediately put down my credit card to help move things along but we did not see the server again for 5-10 mins when they arrived with a dessert tray. We ordered the Oreo Cheesecake and Banana Fosters cake. The cheesecake was more of a fluffy mousse; more like Oreos mixed in thick whipped cream. The Bananas Foster cake was dry and over baked.

With all the hints to “eat fast and get out” all of the actual delays came from service and waiting for food. It took just over 2 hours from start to finish.

The theme of the restaurant seemed to be rushing to no great affect. We needed to use the restrooms and it was like bumper cars with the staff who acted like we were purely an impediment to them getting to wherever they were going.

The coup de grace was when we were leaving and passed by the bar. I witnessed a server lean down to a bar tray filled with drinks and take a sip of one of the diner’s drinks. We then followed her to a room where she served the drinks.

The decorations were very nice and definitely the main attraction. The food was extremely overpriced for the quality. The service level is low and certainly not representative of a fine dining restaurant.

Our recommendations is to look at the pictures of the restaurant online thus saving yourself poor service and insane prices.
