The first time I had Cava was at this location in October 2019. This definitely reminded me of a Mediterranean Chipotle. I ordered a Grain Bowl (White Rice, Brown Rice, Black Lentils) with Grilled Chicken, an extra Falafel, 3 Sauces (Crazy Feta, Red Pepper Hummus and Roasted Eggplant). Threw in almost every topping that was free. Super super super good, mind blowing stuff and would definitely come back!

Love the food, but staff putting food away way before closing when there’s still a line of people waiting to order. By the time we ordered, everything we wanted was our away. Drove from 20 min away to eat here only to walk away with nothing. If you’re hours are open til 10, then be available to your customers until close.

Came in today not realizing they weren’t open for another 3 minutes (10:45am) so we tried walking into the unlocked door and were met with a rude worker saying they aren’t open. Okay no biggie the door was unlocked but we can wait 3 1/2 mins until they officially open. We wait a few minutes after open and we are greeted with the same rude worker telling us they aren’t open until 10:45 I said it’s past 10:45 where she tried telling me I was wrong but turned out their in store clock was off by about 15 minutes told me I needed to “wait until a worker clocked in 5 minutes” shouldnt the worker already be clocked in if they were open and it was past 10:45 I said forget it and left. Really rude and unprofessional to not know when you open or the correct time I wouldn’t come back here in the AM wish I could of got a chance to see the workers name but wasn’t impressed with her customer service at all.

Don’t usually write negative reviews, but maybe the restaurant will read this – was there on Saturday, March 10 about 12:30. Staff was very disengaged and not at all welcoming. Floor was sticky, tables were sticky and lots of trash. Food was mediocre. Pretty disappointing. Second visit there and most likely last.

Cava food is great but this location had most of the food ready to be put away at 8:45pm and they close at 10:00p! All the drink machines were cleaned out and you had to read signs to ask for toppings since they made food from the mobile order station. Very disappointed.

Take out. So no crispy pita today, all day they said even though they make them in store, because they don’t appear to want to make it. I watched a worker roll a wrap for me. A felafel role out… So what? Just roll it out back in. Oh and that big piece of feta that belongs inside? That can be rolled where the bread connects, smooshed in between. This store is getting sloppy.

It is just a mess. They barley have any employees so the line gets super long and backed up, it’s super messy and unappetizing, and an employee named Danny was really rude and off putting. The other employee barley even talked. The food was cold and chicken was chewy. The pita chips also came out cold. Me and my friends were really excited for it and did not have a good experience.

Excellent place for your super healthy and yummy Mediterranean fix. They have a great selection greens and grains. More than 9 varieties of protein and 9 varieties of toppings and 9 varieties of sauces, they sure have the combination you crave and more. Braised lamb is excellent and so is Harissa Chicken. Vegetables are oven grilled and they are delicious.
