CAVA was clean and spacious when I arrived around 11:30am. The food was fresh and flavorful, and I appreciated having options that worked well with my eating plan. I ordered a bowl with grilled chicken, vegetables, hummus, and a couple of sauces, and everything tasted great. As it got closer to 12:30, the line got a little longer, but there was still plenty of seating inside and outside. Customer service was okay, though the ordering process could have been explained a bit better. The drink station initially had no ice, but it was eventually refilled. Overall, a good experience and I would return.

I’ve been ordering from CAVA regularly for our business lunches and have generally had positive experiences, which is why today’s visit was especially frustrating.
We placed our usual order, but when we opened the bags and began handing out meals, we realized that every kids meal was missing the pita bread that has always been included. On top of that, multiple coworkers specifically requested sauces on the side, and those instructions were ignored.
I called the store to clarify and spoke with a manager, who informed me that CAVA kids meals no longer include pita bread. Not only has the price increased from $7.95 to $8.25, but the portion size has been reduced as well, significantly less food for a higher price.
This was particularly disappointing because one coworker was trying CAVA for the first time, and I had confidently recommended it based on past experience, specifically mentioning the pita as part of the meal. That expectation was not met, and it made the situation uncomfortable and embarrassing.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of transparency. There is no clear notice on the website or ordering platform stating that the pita has been removed from the kids meal. If a core component is eliminated, especially while prices are increasing, that should be clearly communicated to customers.
To make matters worse, the manager I spoke with, Byron, was dismissive and rushed me off the phone, stating he was busy. That response only added to the frustration.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, not just because of the missing items, but due to the poor communication and lack of customer care. I expect better from a brand I’ve supported consistently.

I finally tried this place out after hearing all the hype about it. Briana and Jake were super friendly and helpful and made my experience great! It can be a little overwhelming for a newcomer because there are so many fresh options and combinations. I went with a curated chicken and rice bowl to simplify things. Fantastic. The chicken was fresh and flavorful. the hummus, Greek yogurt dressing, tomatoes and feta made an incredibly flavorful combination! The rice was a tad mushy for my taste, but perhaps thats how its supposed to be! Don’t forget to try the pita chips, they are fantastic!

The past three consecutive visits (minimum) at the Rancho Cucamonga location have been less than satisfactory. The $17 Harissa Avocado (and other) bowls are falsely advertised and
half filled.
The “free” pita bread is often missing. The drink for the Kids meal was missing twice (and would’ve been a 3rd time, but my husband insisted they look at the incoming order to confirm what we already KNEW..and paid for).
Additionally, this location has become grossly unkept. The service, food quality, and especially the QUANTITY is NOT consistent with the price charged.

Our large team arrived at CAVA for lunch unexpectedly. The staff was efficient and kind, working with us to get all of our athletes and coaching staff paid for together as consolidated as possible. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious as well! A happy team with full bellies – Thank you CAVA!

I had been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got the chance to visit. The line was so long, at one point, it even stretched out the door, so I figured the food must be amazing. And it didn’t disappoint! It’s essentially a Mediterranean version of Chipotle, where you can build your own bowl or choose from their pre-set menu options. The lemonades here are fantastic! The service was decent, though the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the crowd. Overall, it was a great experience!

Terrible experience. Cassandra was extremely rude and unprofessional — she actually yelled at customers instead of helping them. The portion sizes were tiny for what they charge, and the overall service was awful. Definitely the worst place I’ve been to. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I recently did an online order through their app. Ive eaten at Cava multiple times and this is THE SMALLEST PORTION sizes I’ve ever received. Like not even halfway full what.

Over $60 for 3 bowls and the bowls were mostly empty. Wanted lettuce and they wanted to scope half the rice out. 1 star not worth the price. Almost all meat options were extra and they didn’t give that much meat portion when you paid for the extra. Everything was extra charges. Steak was chewy. Don’t recommend. Horrible portion for the price!
