I love CAVA but they aren’t consistent. The 2 most recent visits were disappointing. My husband got us takeout today and the Greek salad was ridiculously small and very watery. This time and last time they put tomatoes in despite asking for no tomatoes. Last time they missed the chicken too. Disappointing. Make it a reasonable amount of food, raise the price if you have to. And get the orders right, how hard is that?

This place is amazing….from the food to the customer service to the cleanliness. I picked up my lunch and had a pleasant experience. Izzy stood out as one who was friendly and extremely helpful. She greeted me with a smile, took time to explain any questions I had and even asked me about my day. She was just one of the few who were kind. Even though I didn’t stay, I noticed how clean and well kept the restaurant was. As busy as it was, there was no trash in sight and tables and floors looked sparkling clean. The food itself was amazing! The flavors blended perfectly and it was the right amount of food for the price I paid. Overall, I would highly recommend CAVA to people.

Ummm, the food is high quality, but the flaw is that they have so much sauce variety and options, kinda made the food kinda off putting, I order a online order pick up and they took extra 3 mins to cook a side dish, then I left they forgot the sauce for whatever pita chips. The customer service was cool, but somewhat kinda akward, this was the first time getting this, its a mix review

Came to Cava to enjoy the Steak & Harissa bowl for my second time and brought my mother to try it for the first time. Upon entering the restaurant it was a bit too cool in temp for myself but plenty of patrons seem to sit and enjoy it. My mother can be a bit slow when deciding what she wants to order so when we got to the front to place our order she still was not ready. The workers seem to be in a rush to keep the line moving. I understand it but when we got to one particular server, who was not wearing a name tag and had piercings in and around her mouth, she quickly caught an attitude and passively aggressively slung our food into the bowl because I asked her to wait and to give us a min . When it was her turn to add to our bowls she said “everything on it” I was in the middle of asking my mom what she wanted or didn’t want and the girl again says “everything on it” and that’s when I responded and then went back to asking my mom what she wanted. This is when she caught an attitude with us. My mom then asked me “why is she putting our food in the bowl like that” I said “I guess she upset I asked her to wait a minute”.
After reaching the cashier Ana, she asked if I would write a review in exchange for the drink I wanted to add to my order. I told her probably not because it would not be a good one because of the other server. I briefly told her what happened and she was apologetic and very kind and polite. I wanted to pay for the drink so I still did, but then decided I also wanted to write the review.
I think it is important for people to know when they do something wrong and to have patience with customers because simple things as ordering is not simple for everyone. Getting the line down is important but caring for people is more important. We enjoyed our meal outside and it was delicious and nice.

Wow, wow, wow. I never thought I would find a place with so many tasty options. You can ask for a bowl with a base of greens or grains or you can ask for a pita. They cook and serve Mediterranean food with all the toppings you can think of. They cook steak, lamb 2 ways, chicken 3 ways, falafel and have fun with the toppings like red pickled onions, Kalamata olives, arugula, cucumbers, avocado, corn, feta, green pickles, etc. There are sides like hummus, tzatziki, lentils, herb tahini, Skhug, brown rice, greens, cabbage slaw, etc. The drinks are so cool. Pepino(cucumber and mint), blueberry lavender, citrus teas, etc. They have indoor and covered patio outdoor seating with free refills on drinks. They have kids meals with a toy as well. Check this out. It may become your go to like it has mine.

If you haven’t been to Cava yet, let me save you the suspense. From the moment you walk in, the ingredients look fresh, and the entire team moves with purpose and professionalism. You can tell right away they take pride in what they do and that starts at the top with Stavo.
Stavo was so sweet, friendly, and overall amazing. I absolutely loved his personality! You can tell he genuinely cares about both the people he works with and every single guest who walks through the door.
Now let me talk about something that surprised me.
I have never tried their Mint Cucumber drink before because I simply do not like anything minty. Ever! Stavo suggested I give it a try. I asked him directly, “Is it minty?” He confidently told me it wasn’t overpowering and that it’s actually one of their top drinks. And let me just say he did not lie!!!!
The Mint Cucumber was divine. So refreshing. Light, crisp, and perfectly balanced. It wasn’t overwhelmingly minty at all just clean and cooling in the best way. Thank you for that suggestion, Stavo. You converted me!
And while we’re here, if you haven’t had their Pita Chips, you are absolutely missing out. They are the BEST. Perfectly crisp, lightly salted, and dangerously addictive. Make sure you get them when they’re fresh and come right out that’s when they’re at their peak. Trust me on this one.
