A perfect place for Mediterranean food. Service is friendly and quick , food is healthy and taste is delicious. Expect rush but the queue moves fast.
First choose the base, green or grain or both mixed.
Add some dips, you can pick up any three dips to add your flavour. Yes three, you read it correctly. Try crazy feta and red pepper. You can opt for hummus and tzatziki.
Next step is to pick up protein. For vegetarians, falafel is the best option or go for veggie grilled.
Next step is to top it off with any number of toppings, no number restrictions. Picked onion and crumbled feta are must try.
Lastly you have a wide option of dressing to add extra delicious flavor to your bowl.

So I deleted my previous review which was negative but because of Thomas me and my bf really enjoyed his customer service and welcoming energy! We decided to eat at the location which we didn’t do before because of the energy from some of the other workers. Thank you Thomas for a great experience!! We’ll be back!

Their portions were really good, not stingy at all. Everything looked fresh. The cashier was really nice (forgot her name, but this was at 4:54pm on 3/1/26). Overall staff was nice. I’ve been to plenty of cava locations, and this one is pretty good.

We had to change meal plans last minute and ended up at Cava and didnt know what to expect,but what we got was friendly and patient service, and tasty food! The kids meals were well balanced and kid approved. The harissa honey chicken avocado bowl was amazing! The flavors and portion size were also on point. I’m happy to have found this place and will visit again.

So this was my first time at Cava, but it won’t be my last, it was amazing!! My bowl was soooooo good and everything was fresh but what really stood out to me was the customer service. Ricky was awesome!!! I think he’s the manager, if not, definitely should be. He picked up on this being my first time lol and provided great suggestions and answered all my questions. Overall just a great experience; good food, friendly staff, and clean. Will be back!

I used to really like CAVA—the customizable bowls, fresh ingredients, and Mediterranean flavors made it a go-to spot for quick, healthy-ish meals. My first few visits to this Carson location were solid, which is why I kept coming back.
Unfortunately, things have gone downhill fast. The food was straight-up terrible this last time. The lamb meatballs (or “lamb balls” as some call them) were especially bad—stinky and off-tasting, like they weren’t fresh or properly prepped. It ruined the whole bowl for me.
Portions have shrunk to a ridiculous level. What used to feel like a satisfying, filling meal now looks skimpy and overpriced for what you get. You’re paying premium prices for what feels like half the amount from before.
And the service? Painfully slow. We stood in line for a solid 45 minutes with no real reason—no massive rush, no obvious issues, just inefficiency. The staff seemed overwhelmed or understaffed, but either way, it made the wait frustrating.
This was my final visit to this location. It’s clear the quality has dropped significantly since it opened, and it’s not worth the time or money anymore. I’ll stick to other CAVA spots or skip it altogether. Avoid if you’re expecting the same experience from earlier visits.

Tried this place on a friend’s recommendation (not this particular location) and after three visits, I won’t be back. They serve skimpy portions, no matter how you order. First time, I got a steak and harissa bowl, mobile order pick-up. I immediately noticed how sparse the bowl was, so I took a picture and asked my friend did they normally look this way and she laughed. Said I should’ve gone with the build-your-own option, so I figured maybe that’s why it was so few ingredients. Next time, I tried the build your own (also mobile order, because the line is always long) and again, the ingredients didn’t even reach the line on the bowl. The last time I went was just out of convenience, and this time I waited in line and picked my ingredients. When I saw the finished product, again, just as skimpy and stingy with ingredients as the first two times. For comparison, I finally tried a different location and the difference was night and day. I finally got a full bowl and didn’t feel ripped off. Definitely avoid the Carson location. They really need to do better.

The food quality is great like in all the CAVA. But what makes this location stand out with the quality and speed of services. The folks working here a friendly but they also move quickly, which I really appreciate during my short 30 min lunch.
