I had an amazing experience at this CAVA location. I live near USC and there’s plenty of CAVA locations but I would routinely make the 40 minute drive just to be at this Whittier location specifically because of the service and cleanliness. The amazing staff members, Angie & Esmeralda patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. They had great energy, moved efficiently even during a busy rush, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. This location is lucky to have them. I’ll definitely be back!

Angie is seriously the GOAT. I came to Cava for the first time, and she ran me through all the ingredients and even gave insightful facts about the different options. I like to track my macros, and she even helped me pick the best ingredients and even wrote the ingredients on the recipe for me! What an awesome place the food was amazing and the vibes immaculate.

I have mixed feelings about this Mediterranean fusion spot. The concept is exciting—combining fast food speed with fresh, customizable bowls—but the execution is inconsistent. Some flavors hit perfectly, while others feel rushed or under-seasoned. Watching the process and seeing the bowls come together is fun, and when everything aligns, it’s really satisfying. The idea is strong, but there’s room for improvement before it fully reaches its potential.

I’ve been to a different Cava in the past but I wasn’t fond of their offerings but because I did a diy bowl instead of a curated bowl.
I got a curated bowl and it was delicious, solid flavors and dressing with a good amount of chicken. I tried their lamb meatballs and they were good, very gamy but still decently flavored.
I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items.

OMG the other day I went to cava and I was attended by a girl who, as I could see, was called Kimberly. My experience was excellent, maybe she didn’t talk much but her way of receiving me to make my bowl was excellent. I think he doesn’t speak much English but it wasn’t necessary for him to speak to understand me and give me my food as I expected.. Thank you cava and thank you Kimberly I will definitely come back here
