The kids meal is a decent deal and extremely yummy. I add on a few sides and it’s perfect. The kids meal (which includes a drink) with harissa chicken, sumac + sour cream pita chips, and salted chocolate oat cookie were $15.
While I did takeout, I did notice that the kitchen and dining area were immaculately clean 🙂

I have been a huge fan of assembly line style food places for a while as I feel like they are a good middle ground of the convenience and efficiency of fast food with the quality and care of a sit down restaurant. After trying out Cava once when I was on a short time crunch and craving Mediterranean food, I can see why people are a big fan. Everyone knows that Mediterranean food is good for you and has been a large craze for a while but could be quite expensive. I’m glad that there is now a decently priced option. I will say that any extras like guac or anything else is a bit pricey and they don’t give you much. Other than that, it’s a solid option for a healthy lunch or dinner option that won’t break the bank!

Overall If you want a taste of middle eastern type food fast this is a good place to stop and try. The meat selection was vast and the meats were good. The staff are very helpful. There is a large range of topping and choices to really customize what you’re getting. I will see it is pricey though. $22 for a bowl and drink for me was a bit excessive.

Very good food, excellent food and super staff. Prices are very reasonable and no matter how much you try, they won’t take tips. I appreciate good service and very friendly staff but no matter how hard I tried, they would not accept a tip.

Nene provided outstanding customer service. She brought out freshly made ingredients, worked quickly, and was incredibly personable. She offered fantastic recommendations on new products. Absolutely delicious this is some of the best food I’ve had out here first time having Mediterranean and it’s just a burst of flavor and the portion size are humongous I totally recommend coming in and trying it out excellent choice thank you so much for all the food that you donated for the homeless!

Bowls are amazing!! You have to try them. Different types of hummus, feta, tahini sauce, braised lamb, etc…crazy! Food is so fresh and delicious. Best mediterranean around. Tony was super helpful and professional with a friendly attitude and great suggestions.

Went here evening of Jan 16. it was my first time having Cava and my first meal in Denver. It was delicious, the staff was helpful and patient. The employee who helped us was Denize and Tania, (I hope I spelled that right). They were super knowledgable and helped us pick out what sounded best for us.
