CAVA was a pleasant surprise.
This is like chipotle but middle eastern flavors but not Mexican.
Went with the bowl and followed whatever the servers suggested and it came out to be tasty and flavorful. Quick service and the staff was helpful. Was very busy as it was a Friday lunch hour

Meh. I know this place is popular for people working in DTC but this is my 4th dissappointing visit. Where’s the food? The customization in their app is nonexistent. I ordered one through uber eats months ago and it was delicious. I have not been able to come halfway close to the 1st one. Very inconsistent. They text me my order is ready, I go in, no order. Every employee that passed ignored my existence. I think 3 stars is generous. For a$18 bowl I just expect WAY more in food quality, consistency, and customer service. It’s not even fresh ingredients.

Really good flavor with the spicy lamb meatballs. Can be overwhelming if you don’t know all the different sauces and stuff so don’t be afraid to ask questions. Tad pricey ($20 for a bowl and small drink). But still good

Food was overall pretty good and made for decent leftovers. I would definitely take a vegetarian or vegan friend here. The table we sat at was sticky and not recently cleaned. Food was better than atmosphere in that regard. The lemonade/fruit beverages were tasty.

I just had the best experience here! We’ve all done this, I ordered to the wrong location. No questions asked the manager told me “no worries head inside and I’ll take care of you”. This is HOSPITALITY, kudos to this manager and CAVA.

So unfortunately not everyone knows where the line starts to order your food versus the space to pick up pre-orders. I wish they would indicate where you need to go just so unnecessary waiting is avoided. I went to pick up a large order that I pre-ordered and 15 mins pass my pick up time I finally got it. I’m glad everything was correct this time.

Met up with a large group of friends for dinner. The food was super good. The ladies that served us were very sweet. May not be the best for large groups though since we couldn’t move the tables close. Other than that, the lamb was very good and a wonderful healthier alternative. Keep up the great work!

The food is amazing as always. But I wish if they keep their tables and floor more clean. I ask someone in the store to clean as they all seem pretty sticky I used napkins on table. Other than that their food is fresh and full of flavors.
