This was my first time at any Cava location. The young man who helped me, Austin, was very helpful, patient, and friendly. He went over all the ingredients before serving them (I purchased the Falafel Crunch bowl). I really appreciated the time he took to help made my first visit a success.

Ordered dinner on the Cava app and they use DoorDash for delivery. I ordered a grain bowl with half saffron white rice and half brown rice, grilled chicken, humus, tzatziki, persian cucumbers, kalmata olives, crumbled feta, pita crisps and Greek vinaigrette on the side. I also got the free side pita. I ordered double cucumbers, olives, feta, and pita crisps. Visually it looked fantastic. It tastes better than it looks. So Delicious!
The bad news was the extra longggggg delivery time by DoorDash. When texting with my driver it was obvious there was a language barrier. I think DoorDash allowed the driver to pickup multiple deliveries from multiple locations because I was tracking his movements and this Cava is one mile away from my location but the driver actually drove around three+ miles before arriving. When he arrived I asked why was there such a long delay and he didn’t speak English. I highly recommend not using their delivery service. Next time I’ll pick it up myself.
I gave 5 stars for the Food and 1 star on Service which included delivery.
I didn’t rate Atmosphere because I didn’t go to their store.
I gave 4 stars for the overall score.

They have a great selection of unique, fresh juices and craft beers on tap, which sets this place apart from other quick-casual spots. The service was fast and efficient. This spot is a must-try for fresh Mediterranean food!”

Severely understaffed, my order should’ve been ready, spent over half an hour waiting for my online order. Why are these workers only prioritizing walk in orders, they are negligently ignoring online orders with zero priority. Spending 45 minutes beyond the pickup time is unacceptable and won’t be returning to any cava.

Came here with Alani and we had a great experience! The line was a bit long when we walked in, but they tackled our orders in no time! The staff was very friendly and cracked jokes with us while preparing our orders! Then when it came to choosing our drink, the manager started talking us through some of his favorite drink combos (we ended up trying the lemonade mixed with lavender blueberry) and it was yummy!! He checked up on us after we started eating to make sure we were doing good! Such friendly staff. The establishment it’s self was very clean and had a fresh feel to it, just like the food! Definitely will be coming back!
