I had a very disappointing experience ordering two bowls for pickup. When I walked in, I politely asked for an extra sauce. Instead of simply saying no or explaining there would be a charge, an employee with face tattoos went on a rant about how they’re handmade and that it’s policy. A simple, professional response would have been perfectly fine.
There was no line in the restaurant, yet I waited over 40 minutes for two bowls. During that time, I saw multiple walk-in customers order and receive their food before my pickup order was even acknowledged. I had to ask another employee if my order was ready because no one updated me.
The delay is one thing , but the attitude and lack of communication made this a very frustrating experience. Customer service and order flow management clearly need improvement at this location.

I struck up a conversation with Jojo, and she was the sweetest, most helpful stranger i’ve ever met. She asked me how my day was and wished me a happy late birthday. The cashier who I didn’t meet was also extremely kind! The hospitality here is through the roof and this has and remains one of my favorite places to eat in Kyle. Thank you Jojo!

Enjoyed the taste of the lamb bowl – first time here – but half my rice was uncooked. Not going to leave a bad review because it’s probably a fluke and we’re all human, but I wanted to let you know so you can keep an eye on that. Raw rice hurts when it gets stuck in a tooth!
I appreciate the healthy selections, and the food was otherwise delicious! The lamb meatballs were nice and moist, which kind of surprised me — most fast food bowl places serve dry lamb. The sweet potato was delicious, too! Veggies fresh. Yum! People were really kind, it was easy to order online, and the bowl was ready fast!

I used to love Cava and would go there all of the time. Recently, they started putting miniscule amounts of lettuce and spinach in the build your own bowl. If I’m paying 15 dollars a bowl, I want a decent amount of greens. I like to turn it into a salad. They skimp out specifically on the greens. I went in today and was told that they can only put tiny amounts of greens in the bowl. I walked out the door and went to Chipotle next door where they do not count the pieces of lettuce in a salad. Ridiculous. I’m sure the worker loved that I walked out so she didn’t have to work. I’m sure her supervisor wouldn’t have liked it. The food is too expensive to be that stingy. I see in other reviews that I’m not the first person to mention this.

Had a great first time experience with my son. Huge shout out to Corinne for helping us pick our delicious meal. Very clean place even the trash areas are clean. Delightful place to eat at with great music. We will be back soon!
