Honestly, I really liked my experience here. The staff had such a friendly, welcoming energy, and the ambiance made it easy to just relax and enjoy the moment.
The drinks were great too — especially the black unsweetened tea. Super clean, refreshing, and just hits right. Definitely left feeling good about the visit. I was even gifted their New Garlic Butter Pita Chips (I think that was the name), they were delicious! 🙂

I had a great experience at CAVA – Euless today, and I really want to shout out Claudia at the front. She was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and super helpful while I was ordering. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and enjoys what she does. Her positive attitude made the whole experience better, and the food was fresh and delicious as always. Customer service like hers is hard to find, Cava is lucky to have her!

My wife calls this a Chipotle-style Mediterranean food because they make your bowl in front of you and are environmentally conscious with the paper bowls. We ordered a Kids Mini Pita, Chicken Shawarma, Steak & Harissa (slightly spicy), and Greek Salad. The Greek Salad came with grilled chicken. My family and I really enjoyed our food. Reasonable prices and friendly employees.

Food at Cava is always great! I was a little disappointed when we visited the location for a second time. On each visit they did not have lentils available. I have no complaints about the server who prepared by bowl. He was social and engaging however when we made it to the cashier I was irritated. My husband asked how does he redeem his rewards and she rudely stated in the app. So he pulled it up and their scanner wouldn’t read the barcode. Instead of picking it up and assisting us, she just stood there. This irritates me because it’s their property to utilize. She definitely made this experience bad for me. Customer service is everything and she lacked it and professionalism.
ALS, they need to redo their seating and table area. The thin layer of plastic or coat is coming off. It makes the tables feel sticking and dirty.

Cava — where the food is so good it almost makes you forget that you’re invisible to the staff! The flavors are fresh, vibrant, and totally worth the calories (and, let’s be honest, maybe worth the price of all those sneaky add-ons).
Now, about the hospitality… let’s just say the warmth of the staff could use a little Cava-style dressing. I asked for no lid because I wanted to admire my beautiful bowl — the cashier must’ve heard “definitely put a lid on it,” because on it went. I guess they’re just really passionate about food safety… or ignoring customers.
Still, delicious food saves the day. A 4-star experience, powered entirely by the taste — not the smiles.

Staff is warm, food is delicious, but ALL the tables are literally caked with dirt and grime. It was sticky to the touch and seemed like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. Trash was full. Please (deep) clean so I can keep coming back.

Portion was extremely undersized why have the bowl so big when you’re only gonna fill up 1/4 of my bowl. The girl acted like my food comes out of her own pay check. I’m extremely dissatisfied.
