I am so amazed at how good this meal was. The food is delicious beyond anything I have ever tasted for a long time. My favorite is Mediterranean, so this is right up my alley, but again beyond what I expected. Not only is the food great, but so is the atmosphere and service. I was immediately helped by Sara and with it being my first time trying she helped me out with choosing a meal that was right for me and my tastebuds. Presley was also very helpful and I am grateful for them and putting up with my decision making and oh let me not forget this. Those fried pitas were the best thing EVER. I was on the way home thinking about them and ate some in the car lol. On the way out I talked to the general manager and she was so nice as well, her name was Dejuana and all together they make that place great and you can tell they are all working very hard to keep the people satisfied and the place up to par. The homemade drinks were good which I found out from the GM on the way out they make them fresh daily. I am so glad I found this place, definitely going to be my number 1 go to. I went and dined in and there was so much left over because it is well portioned.

I had such a wonderful experience at CAVA in Highland Village, and a big reason was the incredible service from Rita, the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—from greeting us warmly to making sure our order was exactly right.
Rita was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience for everyone in the restaurant. You can tell she leads her team well because the entire atmosphere felt welcoming, organized, and positive.

are all the employees slow? seriously. every time you order online they get the order wrong and take 15mins longer than the pick up time should be. i worked fast food at 14 years old and its simple. clearly the employees here are not capable of the most basic skills. last time i will ever be back. order should not include any of the meat and suppose to have rice. can they read?!?

My husband and I are regulars here because of the flavorful menu and healthy ingredients. We love the build your own bowl and the harissa avocado bowl. I usually come here for my allergic kid who loves Cava’s meatballs and pickled onions on his rice bowl since he cannot eat other stuff. When I ordered bowl they were out of meatballs and pickle onions and server Josue.humbly apologized and told me wait time..asking if I would and while we waited he communicated to chef and offered extra pickled onions and pita ships as a token of their customer service for having to wait for food. That is real customer service to not lose future business..They r a good team!!

Food was amazing as always but everyone was smiling and friendly. And I really appreciate Rita being patient with me and helpful with suggestions when I had trouble deciding what all I wanted in my bowl. The people are always so friendly.
