First time here and I thought it was really quite good. I am use to other places like this like moto medi and this might have been better. I enjoyed having some pre design bowls as well as making your own. Really my only gripes are that there is only one choice of grain(brown rice) and pitas do not come with entree. Other wise this would be 5 stars. I had the steak bowl and a side of Lamb, both were flavorfully. Will definitely be back

Delivery order was half the size of the online pictures. When I order from McD’s or other fast food, I expect the burger to look better in the pictures than in real life, but when paying $20 for 4 minature lamb meatballs with some avocado and greens I expect to at least get something that resembles the pictures advertised.

The server was kind & friendly. My bowl was delicious but i noticed that pita was not included because i didnt ask for it, how would i have known? and i do NOT plan to return back because the first time i was here, military discount was offered to me but today a different location, No military discount ♀️I do get it in Frisco and Plano.

This location was absolutely amazing! The woman and man working the front were so kind and welcoming — they truly made the experience great. They were also very generous with the portions and didn’t hold back, which I really appreciated. You can tell they care about their customers. I’m very grateful for the service and the quality here — I’ll definitely be coming back!

You can tell because I am a regular, and I must say that the workers Tasha, Mina, Astrid, Elba, and Brandon are very best! It doesn’t matter what day I come in. I always see one of them with a big smile and happy to help!!

On Tuesday, March 3, I placed a pickup order around 3:30 p.m. and received a notification at 4:00 p.m. that my order was ready for pickup. I arrived about five minutes early. I noticed a woman with glasses working in the kitchen who appeared to be handling our pickup order, but she had not started preparing the food yet.
About five minutes after we arrived, we asked whether the order was being made, and only then did she begin working on it. As a result, our pickup order was delayed by about 10 minutes. When the food was finally ready, it was placed on the counter in a way that felt almost like it was being tossed down.
The food itself was good, but the service was disappointing. It seems that service improvement is needed. I hope the staff can receive better training so that customers can have a better experience next time.

Unfortunately the food that I got in this location was very disappointing. The chicken was not cooked all the way, the tomatoes tasted that were going bad, the cucumbers were saggy. Service sucks!!! In the S Denton location. I hope me and my family we don’t get sick with this poor quality food. Never again!!!
