Absolutely love CAVA, and this location was no different. People are saying the American Slop Bowl is dead… I say it’s Alive and well!! I’ll never get tired of this food if it stays the way it is:)
The food was fresh and delish, nice portion sizes. Tried the new Shawarma Chicken, yum! The lamb meatballs have also been a recent go to. The manager was super nice too! ( I will say that the rice has been undercooked/ hard at this location and in Roger’s… my last 2 visits…not sure why).

We had tried to visit earlier but got so frustrated driving in the lot and not finding a parking spot that we left. This time we rode our bikes in which is not the safest way to come in but much less frustrating than fighting traffic. Really good food but I found it difficult to order due to so many options and possible combinations. It’s probably best to order on the app so you can decide what all to add to the bowl before you’re standing in line having to make a decision, plus you can see where the upcharges are and not over spend. My biggest complaint though is the location as it’s extremely crowded getting in and out of the parking lot and then trying to find a place to park.

One of my coworkers has been trying to convince our team to go to CAVA for over a year! My husband and I were in the area after a doctor’s appointment and decided to try it out for lunch. I ordered a customized bowl and he ordered the Spicy Chicken + Avocado pita. CAVA has so many options! It’s amazing!! All of their vegetables were fresh and well prepared. I enjoyed all of the flavors of the hummus and sauces. The Lemon Herb Tahini was literally phenomenal. I ordered the falafel, and it was super yummy! The CAVA team was kind and professional. It was extremely busy near the end of our visit, and I think we came at the right time! Thank you to the CAVA team for making our first visit a yummy and memorable experience!

I’ll start with I love Cava. And I’ve eaten at this location a few times. However on my most recent visit they were out of chicken. My first complaint was a person in front of me ordered 6 different bowls for other people not present. Which held up the line and ultimately used all the chicken. There should be a limit on how many orders 1 person places. By the time I got up to order they were out of chicken. They told me it would be 4 minutes exactly until the chicken was ready. I told them I would wait. They went ahead and made my bowl without a protein and said they’d bring the chicken to me once it was ready. I sat down and waited about 5 mins. Still no chicken. I went ahead and started eating my bowl. I was there for over 40 minutes and eventually finished my bowl and left. They never had chicken. They were out of chicken during lunch time for over 45 minutes. Unacceptable.

His customer service and care was beyond appreciated he not only made me feel seen as a customer but he honestly made my night better you guys have amazing food and just outstanding staff! Last Saturday, after Christmas shopping, my husband and I were hungry and I love Cave and he had never been before so we decided to go. He dropped me off at the doors and parked the car and I let the employees know it was his first time so we may be slow at ordering. The young guy working that day was quick to provide samples of anything and everything for my husband to try! He was quick and sweet and considerate and earned a new Cava lover! Even though the line is often long, the employees are always kind, efficient, and do a great job.
We haven’t visited any other location, but this Cava is a regular stop of ours.
Highly recommend giving it a try. Fresh, healthy options, and consistently great food!
