The food was good. I had ordered a pita and being a vegetarian was hoping to get falafel , unfortunately they only had half the amount for the pita and had to take veggies. The falafels were not hot or crunchy. It was an average pita. My husband ordered the crunchy falafel bowl and it was much better.

We ordered two bowls today. The Food tastes so bad and they didn’t had any sauce other than weird hot sauce. They charged us 15$ each and the portion size was so small for one person. Honestly not coming back.. 30$ for 2 bowls to taste like Low quality rice with fried veggies and hot sauce is not worth it!!!

Food was decent. Positive words end there. Our wait was longer than ten minutes before we were greeted. My husband ordered one of the premade bowls and the line was out of many of ingredients. There was no Crazy Feta, broccoli, sweet potatoes, or cucumbers. Communicating with the staff was extremely difficult because the music and heating was too loud and the employees didn’t speak very clearly or loudly. The tables were dirty. It was especially frustrating to have waited for 10 minutes because there was only one working the line, yet there were at least 3 employees in the back making mobile orders. The bathrooms had no towels and the trash in the bathrooms and the dining room were full. Why should I even come? Does the owner of this establishment no longer care about their customers. Sad! I wish I had left and saved myself $37.

I’m writing this review while dining here. It’s a snowy day looking to get some good food, and the restaurant was not very busy. The food isn’t terrible, but the portion sizes are disappointing. The first photo is what the bowl is alleged to look like. The second photo shows a “Spicy Lamb + Avocado chef-curated” bowl but as you can compare to the first photo, our bowl was barely half full. They charge nearly $15 for a small bowl, and we left still hungry—$50 spent and still unsatisfied. Other bowls we ordered were similarly small. Unless you want to overpay for underwhelming portions, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

We were very happy when this restaurant opened here and used to come often, it felt pleasant and welcoming. But the last two visits felt different. The atmosphere and service felt like the staff were tired, burned out, and like we were constantly bothering them, especially when you ask to be a bit more flexible — for example, a few more greens and less rice.
When it comes to the meat, it’s unclear how much it’s supposed to be. Sometimes they put a normal amount “by eye,” sometimes less, and when you ask to add a little more, they make a face as if it really bothers them, like we’re asking for something insignificant.
If it’s so important to control every gram, I understand this is a business and pricing matters. But if that’s the case, it would be better to use a scale and weigh each ingredient honestly so customers don’t feel like they’re standing there with a hand out asking for charity.
Especially when the cost of just two bowls is $36!!! At that price, in a regular restaurant you can get a large portion of fajitas with freshly cooked sizzling meat, salad, sides, and extras.
I really hope the attitude and service improve. Overall, the food is very tasty. Thank you to the owners for creating this place.

This store does not operate well. The service is very slow, orders are often delayed, and the waiting time can exceed 30 minutes without proper assistance or organization. Bad experience.

Great service and delicious food that is fresh and healthy. The store was clean, parking lot was busy but didn’t have trouble finding a spot (even with huge snow drifts everywhere), and the staff was super friendly. First time at this location but I will be back!
