First, please remember this is a NEW and veryyy popular franchise… of course it’s going to be busy!
The staff here is amazing!! I mean every time I come in here the same people are working with smiles on their faces and being very patient. Is the line wrapped to the express way? Probably but it’s worth it!
I would definitely suggest ordering online at least until the hype dies down.

Store closes at 10 PM but they close the door at 9 PM for dine in orders. I reached store around 9 PM at the gate asked to let me in but they had locked the door before 9 PM and did not let me in the store. They need to be little bit flexible with timings.

Ordered a pickup order for 9pm tonight, didn’t get my food until 9:35. Got home and my girlfriend found a ramekin top in her food. We didn’t have any side sauces either. Just a random ramekin top in her bowl. Tried to call the store 3 times, no answer. We didn’t get our Pita either. Extremely disappointed, since we were looking forward to it, since I haven’t had Cava since we’ve lived in South Carolina where it was 10x better. Worse Cava experience I’ve ever had, probably just gonna stick with Hummus Republic.

Of course the issue is the wait time!! I placed my order at 11:30a and it said it wouldn’t be ready until 2p, when I got there i still had to wait another 15 minutes which is a bit much BUT bowl was loaded. I noticed ppl said they had some small portions so Cava definitely needs to be consistent with the serving sizes. Overall it was really good and the sour cream pita chips were bomb . I also got the blueberry lavender drink and that was refreshing as well!

The line was so long and definitely NOT worth it. The workers locked the doors and asked if I could open the door for anyone that knocked. What. The. Hell. Why in gods name would you ever want to lock the door when so many more people were coming in. And asking a customer to open it. Very disappointed

Starting off strong, first week and you’re already skimping on serving sizes. Paid $30 for a 1.5 cups of food. Both bowls small, both bowls missing items, no pita. Probably not going back

Unfortunatley this location does not currently live up to the expectations and standards that I have seen at other various CAVA locations. This location is horribly understaffed to what it looked to be no experienced support team to visibly assist in front of house. Line to order was very long and did not move at all for the time I was in. Seemed like those who ordered online were waiting just as long and if not longer than those who were in line. Overheard multiple people ask for refunds because of how slow the service was. No managers were also visible on the floor as well to monitor how busy the location was or to support their staff.

Food is great always. S/O to the staff I’m sure it’s been a long week. But this location has no sense of direction or management presence on the floor. Shocking from a chain like this that just opened. There shouldn’t be 1 person filling bowls with a line out the door.
