I went in for a late lunch on Thursday, so it was nice and laid back inside. The staff were friendly and checked all the normal boxes of successful service. My food was delicious. It was flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice to it, as well as all the ingredients being well cooked. My Harissa Chicken Power bowl had plenty of food to satisfy me and my Tangerine Aleppo drink was a refreshing new flavor I had never experienced. I definitely plan to go back.

They DROWNED my bowl in sauce to the point where everything was so soggy. I wanted the sauce on the side so l could put it on myself when I got home. The bowl was swimming in sauce. They put so much that it dosen’t even look edible. I had to use paper towels and get out as much sauce as I could.

Just like Chipotle style of service but with a very unique Mediterranean theme. This place will get more popular once people discover it. Had the braised lamb bowl. Amazing. Could just eat the rice by itself it was so good. Environment is neutral so nothing much to say about it there. Will back be and will recommend to others.

I’ve eaten here several times and as someone with a wheat/gluten allergy I’ve always been very impressed with the care they take. As soon as I mention it they change their gloves. Items aren’t marked but generally everything is safe except the pitas and even when I double check things like the lamb meatballs they make sure and check for me. Jennifer took extra care of me today. Very grateful for this yummy, healthy and safe option! And bonus they have a beautiful view of the sunset you can watch while enjoying your food!

(Oh my! This place is sooo good. Everyone says it’s good, but don’t underestimate it, it really was so amazing! Everything was so fresh and tasted like it was straight from your mom’s garden. In love with it. Would definitely recommend again & again. The fact it is right by 4 gyms and would be a great healthy option afterwards rocks my sox! I got the pineapple/mint/apple juice which I’m stoked they have natural options for drinks cause you could taste the slight fruit pulp in it. The bowl I got was amazing called the steak harissa with falafel and extra sauce. )
Update: make sure to order your sauce on the side or you will literally receive a bowl with sauce poured all over the top!
Update on June 8, 2025 – First time they have ever messed up my order tonight.
Wasn’t worth getting! Left off the avocado and sauces and gave me hummus instead of crazy feta. Disgusting!! Got some rice with no sauce and falafel balls with lettuce and nothing to dip it in. What a way to use my points. Whoever made this order doesn’t deserve a job there.

The atmosphere here was relatively peaceful when I visited, making it a pleasant experience. The food was something new to me and surprisingly delicious! The service was friendly, and the restaurant appeared very clean, with tidy bathrooms and a clean drink area. I’ll definitely be returning when I’m craving their spicy meatballs again!

First time eating at a CAVA today, and my gf and I really enjoyed the bowl and pita. They were both packed full of fresh veggies and flavors.
Wyatt (who took our order) was phenomenal in helping us choose our selections. In addition, he was training a new hire (leading by example) while simultaneously preparing our order.
Wyatt is an asset to CAVA, and I hope management recognizes that & moves him up the ranks quickly.

We have 3 littles [8, 6, 2] and getting through any restaurant that offers a Subway style selection is difficult for us. Luckily the staff at Cava is always accommodating and the food is excellent.
It takes a special group to slow down treat the littles as people with their own interests, tastes, preferences, etc… and to offer accommodation to those preferences.
One kid only wants chicken, but they want all their sides separate. One wants everything but has questions about every offering.
Mom and I are just trying to make it to the check out.
Really appreciate the staff here even helping us get our trays to our tables.
