This is a digital order only store, so know that! I was expecting no customer service since it was digital, But the customer service was actually fantastic! This is a $20 bowl?? I’ve ordered from Cava at different locations before and my bowl was AT LEAST filled to the top of the bowl. To add insult to injury, the lentils aren’t even cooked. My entire bowl is ruined because every bite I take it met with a nearly rock hard lentil. “Mixed veggies” option turned to be just carrots and a few small cauliflower. The carrots are diced but raw. I’m pregnant, home alone with no car and you’ve ruined my dinner. DoorDash doesn’t return delivery fees or compensate for a 2nd delivery driver tip to reorder the food you ruined. I cannot just risk ordering from you again and having to tip a driver and pay fees again, out of my pocket. For your mistake.. What a load of bs. Photo of lentils cut in half to show that they aren’t cooked at all. I ordered this through DoorDash on March 1 at 7pm..safe to say you didn’t have your A, B or C team working tonight.

I didn’t realize that you’re supposed to order online beforehand, but he kindly walked me through the whole process without making me feel rushed. He had my order ready immediately and truly went above and beyond to make my evening. Jose was such a pleasure to interact with, and his professionalism, patience, and friendliness left a lasting impression. Exceptional service like his is rare, and it made me excited to come back again!
