Food is always great, delicious and nutritious. I like the root beer as well. Cathy was the name of the manager. She’s very pleasant, courteous and respectful. All staff were nice and presentable. The place was well kept, clean, and has a good ambiance.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at the CAVA in Cliff Farms! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, offering great recommendations and taking the time to get everything just right.
The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the energy from the team made the whole visit even better. My bowl was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made—exactly what you hope for every time you go to CAVA.

The food is good, although this “meatball”, is more like a meat disc, kind of a ripoff if you ask me. Also It was supposed to be spicy lamb, it’s got no spice at all. And we didn’t get our free pita bread.

My favorite location! The customer service is always top tier, the food is fresh and ready to serve with no wait time. Everyone here is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Oh and not to mention those fresh juices are the cherry on top!!!

Absolutely do not waste your money here. I just spent the last 1 hour going in and out of the store 3 times and was told I couldn’t have a refund because i ordered online. Now I have no food, I’m out $16, and wasted my time while other places were closing.
Picture me, ordering online 45 MINUTES before close, picking up my bowl in the drive through, and seeing this. I pulled around, parked, and went inside demanding a refund. The tall employee cleaning said “yea, we were out of half the stuff you ordered” they did not tell me this before i left the first time. Keep in mind, they don’t close for 45+ MINUTES!!! I demand a phone number of CAVA support and the employee went to the back, googled cava support, came back, and gave me the number of the California Virtual Academies. In California. I called it in the parking lot, heard that, and went back inside and demanded the GMs cell phone number. He gave it to me, and after calling her twice, she told me the same spiel. Can’t refund an online order. You have to go through an email support line with someone overseas no doubt to get the refund(who knows how long this will take?) Oh but I was welcome to come in tomorrow for a replacement bowl. NOT. First and last visit here. Embarrassing.

I’ve been a frequent visitor to Cava, both for takeout and dining in, and I’m never disappointed. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and always prepared well. I’m especially a fan of the “Build Your Own Bowl” option—there’s something so satisfying about customizing your meal with splendid greens, braised lamb, and an ever-changing selection of sauces and toppings.
While the wait time can occasionally be a bit longer than expected, especially during weekday lunch hours when it’s busiest, I’ve found that it’s worth it. The portion sizes are generous enough that I’m always full but still have leftovers for another meal. Plus, the vibe and quality of the food make it a worthwhile experience, whether dining in or picking up.
