Food was fabulous and the service was great! Cannot wait to come back and eat here again!! It was a little overstimulating coming around lunchtime to eat but that’s because they were busy. The food is well worth it! I did the build a bowl and I got a blueberry lavender drink and both were refreshing and satisfying.

This location has become my FAVORITE. The staff are ALWAYS pleasant and ready to serve you. I do not consume certain foods and they NEVER make me feel like I’m a bother to them. Yes, it’s a little out of the way for me but to get the same service every time, it’s worth the drive.

Great experience all around! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Our server, Jason T, was energetic, friendly, and really made the visit enjoyable. You can tell he loves what he does. I had a great meal and will definitely be back!

Fresh food, friendly and located right next to a free public parking deck.
I tried the new spicy lamb + avocado. It was delicious! I also tried the cucumber mint lime drink and loved it!

My bestie and I visited here on our way to an event. I’ve been hooked ever since. I love the different healthy options available and that you can fully customize your experience. It would help to browse the menu before going so you don’t hold up the line during busier times. I think in this day I opted for a veggie bowl. But I’ve also had the chicken grain and green bowl as well as the falafel and all were great. The pita chips are a must try! They are so addictive! I also love the free parking deck and the digital drive-through on those days when I just want to grab and go.

I don’t go to Cava very much as I am not usually in the area of a location, however, my son loves the place and we were in the area of this location in downtown Birmingham and he was to go. I had the Harris’s Avocado bowl and it was delicious. The chicken was well cooked and the kale and rice and humus all added such good flavor tot he bowl. The portion is just right and the price was reasonable by today’s standards. For a Tuesday evening there was a steady stream of customers and the staff cleaned regularly. It seems to be a well run store. I will visit again. Enjoyed it!

This location has always been good to me. Fresh Ingredients, Great customer service, and clean store. In this most recent experience, I made it in only a few minutes before they closed, and I asked for pita chips with my order. They had run out. The cook in the back made me a fresh batch, even though he’d just finished cleaning with only a slight sigh and a smile. Great experience, 5 stars!

I frequent this spot at least once a week, and the service and food are top notch each and every time. The staff is always friendly and smiling, the food is always fresh, and the portions are spot on! My only gripe is that I wish they would get the unsweet tea dispenser fixed!

Jason needs an attitude adjustment. No greeting or smile and presumptive/judgmental. Perhaps it’s because i modify my bowl and don’t get it exactly as it comes on the menu. Idk but he acts like i know him and we have beef/i owe him money or something. Probably needs to just work somewhere else.
