First time trying Cava, I was pretty impressed with the selections and freshness, I got a bowl with Romain, Black lentil, garlic chicken and lamb meatballs with various veggie toppings! The bowl was very good and tasty… my only negative about it was that the lentil was undercooked so they were a little crunchy…. Besides that I was very pleased, I will definitely be back!

While the food tasted really good, I was absolutely shocked at the portions. We ordered 4 bowls and spent over $55 dollars and the portions were so miserable to the point I actually gave my husband a portion of my food before he could even see what was actually in his bowl – barely anything protein wise, when I say 3 pieces of chicken I mean 3. For nearly $13 per bowl plus taxes that is disgraceful. And I know this is definitely a below average portion because I’ve ordered before, I’m wondering were they running low on food because it’s evening? My mam’s had not a shred of chicken in the bowl, just a lot of rice and toppings. Either way, this alone would turn me off ever returning no matter how good the food is, I’ll be giving my business elsewhere to businesses close by who have a similar concept of healthy food, but actually give you food.

I’m changing my review after the past 2 visits at this location, the new staff they just hired is neither friendly nor helpful. The girl at the front just kept saying “huh?” Everytime I spoke.. our food was cold, we had to ask for fresh pita chips. The guy said oh you want them fresh? Of course we do! Isn’t that a given for any restaurant? Fresh and hot? There wasn’t one table clean for us to eat at, every table had food or some sort of goo. The staff was standing around showing each other their phones and talking, I only seen one person actually working. I’m more than disappointed, because we generally love eating here, but after these past two visit, we will go to Chipotle.

I love how Marianne assisted me today and made my bowl so well, she took the time to make sure it was the way I liked it. I love this Cava I go here once a week with my daughter and Marianne showed me how to get points too which is great. Everyone should go to this Cava!!!

Cava NEVER disappoints. Anything I have ever tried here is always amazing. I guarantee if you pick something off the menu without even looking to decide, whatever you get will not be disappointing! The flavor is always great and the food is also healthy! The staff are fast and I love that it can be ordered ahead of time!

The most delicious lunch break! I tried the grilled chicken bowl and all the toppings, and a few different dressings. They have fun fresh drinks, the cucumber one was my fave. All absolutely amazing. Warm and happy costumer service. Will be back.

Was really surprised about how good it was. Got 3 meals for $35.00. That’s a pretty great average for today’s economy, and they were all good. The woman who helped at the counter was nice and gave good suggestions, as it was our 1st time.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants. The food is healthy and delicious, the service is excellent (specially Jamie, he’s very kind, very positive attitude and make our experience in the restaurant wonderful), and the drinks are unique and different from the usual options. Today I also discovered they have a kids’ menu, which makes it a perfect place to enjoy with family. It’s ideal for bringing someone who hasn’t been before, impressing them, and always making a great impression.
