CAVA never misses. The food is always fresh, portions are solid, and everything tastes clean and flavorful. Big shoutout to Maria, Mya, and Kiara — they were super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience smooth. You can tell they actually care about customer service. Definitely one of the best CAVA locations I’ve been to. I’ll be back for sure.

The food was great. The service was horrible. This was the first time there and were asking questions, that was a problem apparently. The attitude was strong and then the next lady was even worse. Wasn’t paying attention and had such an attitude with us, she mixed the order up and got upset with us. Maybe if she focused on what she was doing and not son focused on showing us an attitude, she wouldn’t have messed up. First and last time there.

Always a great experience at this cava. They are so friendly and welcoming. They don’t rush you to order and even start conversation with you. I’ve been here a couple times but just recently met krislyn and she is phenomenal. She greets you with a smile and makes sure your food is made to perfection.

We had an awesome experience at this Cava. Our son has a severe peanut allergy and the manager, Joel, was INCREDIBLY accommodating. He walked us through the allergen menu and helped us ensure we had a great meal that was safe for our son. He was super kind and patient and didn’t make us feel like a burden whatsoever. I’m a Cava fan already, but the customer service from Joel took this particular experience over the top. Highly recommend!

Healthy food option in Lee county. It’s better to get your own custom bowl as apposed to a one pre-made because they tend to be stingy with those. A bit noise when workers were moving chairs and tables. All in all a decent place to get some delicious food for a reasonable price.

Excellent staff, food was delicious ( they have it down ) , location relevant to airport hotels. Note: It is a type of fast food , there is outdoor seating, I ordered vegetarian.

I’m really disappointed with this place, and I mean that sincerely because it used to be one of my favorites. I ordered the chicken harissa and it had a strange, almost unpleasant taste, like it wasn’t fresh or was prepared incorrectly. I don’t understand how something that used to taste so good can now come with such a weird flavor.
But the worst part wasn’t even the food — it was the service. This location has become terrible. The employees walk around with no energy, no mood to help, and with an attitude that makes you feel like serving customers is a burden. Their behavior is unprofessional and shows zero interest in providing good customer service. This is not how a company of this size should be represented.
I used to come here 2 or 3 times a week with my family because we loved it, but I don’t plan on returning anymore. It’s sad to see how a place that used to have a good atmosphere is now full of untrained employees and managers who clearly aren’t doing their job. They urgently need proper training, supervision, and a major attitude change, because what they are offering now is unacceptable.
Hopefully they take action, because as it is right now, they’ve lost a loyal customer.

This Cava is my favorite place to stop for my lunch break. I am always warmly greeted by Maya, Mari, Joanne, and Maria. They really know how to brighten someone’s day. This restaurant is always clean and has lively energy. And of course the food is always great! Looking forward to my next lunch hour to grab more Cava!
