First time trying CAVA yesterday,and I’m glad we did. The food was really good and fresh. They have a variety of mix and match options. The location was really clean and nice. Only take away is the customer service was very dry and felt like we were a burden when coming in. Outside of that no complaint about the food. This is definitely a to go spot for some healthy eats. We will definitely be coming back for the food.

First ever experience ordering from Cava. We mobile ordered 2 bowls. The picture speaks for itself. The bowls are half empty. So because I mobile ordered, they give you less food? For a newer location this is disgraceful. For any customer, this is just unacceptable. Online reviews and videos show bowls being full.. clearly they skimped us out of food.

Tried ordering on the app and drive thru for the first time and NEVER AGAIN! Almost everything about our order was wrong. I paid extra to get the chicken shawarma and got plain chicken, I ordered spinach and got arugula, got no dressing, ordered hummus and got crazy feta (which btw is spicy and I wasn’t expecting this and have a VERY sensitive stomach and it hurt the rest of the night because I was so hungry I tried to eat this instead). I thought about going back to get the order fix, but I already had a terrible day and if I were to go back, I would’ve gone full Karen with yelling and crying. Very disappointed and hangry. Only gave two stars instead of 1 because I have had okay experiences when ordering inside before.

I ordered dinner from here yesterday and when I picked up my order, the pita chips were missing. My husband went back inside and told the cashier the pita chips weren’t in the bag. The exchange between the two employees went something like this:
Girl 1 to Girl 2: You forgot the pita chips with this order.
Girl 2 to Girl 1: I thought you were supposed to be checking the orders before they went out.
Zero accountability. So I get home and my falafel crunch bowl is missing the falafel, black lentils, and has white rice instead of saffron rice. It was a very sad looking bowl. How do you forget the main ingredient? This was my first time ordering from here so I hope this was a one-off experience because I really like Cava.

I’ve gone to cava multiple times. The food is great but the staff needs to slow down. This is now three occasions I had gone to this location and food items are missing off my order. Once was rice, second time was chicken and now today they missed the chicken on my order. I can’t continue to support an establishment in this manner without confidence my online orders will have all items are being charged for.

Chicken shawarma was stacked with hummus, crisp romaine, pickles, garlic dressing, tahini, and just enough harissa to wake you up without ruining your day. Every bite hit.
Shoutout to Stephen for making the whole experience better. Dude was genuinely fun, high-energy, and knew exactly what he was doing. That kind of service makes you want to come back, not just the food.

This location needs work on their portion sizes and quality control. I was missing all sides for the kids meals. Only included the side that I got by redeeming my points in the app. Ordered the Steak + Harissa bowl which was almost $15 and got an extremely small portion size worth about half of that.
Very disappointed with the value we got for our meals, especially since we were excited for this location’s opening since it’s so close. For now, I will be sticking with the N dale mabry location since they offer better portion sizing and quality control.
UPDATE 2/27/26:
Went there for a 2nd time today after a few months. Got a kid’s meal. They forgot all my sauces when I specifically ordered them on the side in the app.
Picked up in restaurant, it was not busy. Please check on your consistency & quality. I’ve never had experience with this many forgotten items as this Cava location.

These workers Leo and Temi were some of the best workers i’ve ever met. leo did a double backflip off the counter into a split and then handed me my food while temi serenaded me with some of his own original hit singles. I will be coming back again just to see leo do another double backflip

a lovely place to get a meal for all ages, upon my arrival I was greeted by the ever so kind workers here. Very open to help & insightful, a lot of reviews complain about the workers but I feel people are not giving them grace at all, they are great and kind people working at this place. The meal was fantastic and the worker that stood out to me was Hayden! Was so kind and extremely friendly. 10/10 will come back!
