CAVA in Winter Park impressed me. The food was very fresh, healthy, and genuinely tasty; everything tasted high-quality and well-prepared. The service was also great: efficient, friendly, and helpful throughout the order. If you want a quick meal that still feels clean and satisfying, this location is an excellent choice.

The food is good but criminally overpriced. They offer a lot of toppings and sides but the employees seem annoyed when you ask for them. The portions they offer are meager, so asking for “extra” veggies or rice is a must even though they’ll charge you for it. I asked for another side of hummus since the portions are so small and it cost 3.35 for a container that was literally a quarter full. I don’t recommend eating here. If you want some Mediterranean cuisine that’s a reasonable price go to Mediterranean Street Food. Their food is delicious, their portions are massive with sides included, and the employees there don’t act like they hate you for coming there to eat.

I honestly love cava and everything always is super fresh. I’ve been back twice within the week and only because the food is great. My first experience wasn’t the greatest as the staff wasn’t very friendly and seemed annoyed to be there when they weren’t playing around yelling at each other and ignoring the customers. Today when I went, it was very busy but the staff was much more pleasant and on top of things. All in all great food a little bit pricey but honestly, I get lunch and dinner out of one bowl.

The most delicious meal I have had in years!!!! Whoever worked this afternoons shift in the front, was an outstanding and super professional with their work ethic. I couldn’t be any more happy as they heard I was having a bad day and one of the employees bought my meal. I am so grateful for it and it made my day. I will be back.

We visited CAVA today and ordered two classic bowls. Even though there was still about 1.5 hours before closing, multiple ingredients were already unavailable for both orders, and nothing was offered to make up for it.

I specifically asked for a classic bowl / best-selling combination and told the staff to prepare it exactly as it comes on the menu. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked about ingredients, and 2–3 standard items were simply left out. I had to point at the menu and say, “This bowl includes these ingredients,” just to get them added.

On top of that, the staff was extremely unfriendly and disengaged, which made the experience even worse.

At this point, even if the food were a 10/10, I would not return. Ingredient shortages, incorrect preparation of a standard menu item, and poor customer service completely undermine the experience. Consistency and basic hospitality are essential for a fast-casual concept like CAVA.

The food was delicious, as always. That’s the only
thing that keeps me coming back. I don’t know if it’s miscommunication from the app or what but when I order my food, this is the second time this happens, It says that it’ll be ready at this time for pick up and when I go to pick it up, I have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes because the food is actually not ready and the app was actually not accurate so I don’t know if it’s that they are working really slow in making the food or if the app is just not communicating the correct pick up time.

So after seeing this resturant trending on Tiktok, I decided to give it a try. I Googled my nearest location and this one popped up. I entered the store and there was no line. I was so happy because this was my first visit and I didn’t know where to start. I told the guy “hey, how are you? This is my first time and I’m nervous” he laughed and said I got cha, no worries. He then goes on to explain how things go. After starting my bowl, he passed me to the next person. HERE IS WHERE THINGS GOT CRAZY.

The young lady looked at me and SHE ROLLED HER EYES SO HARD. I MEAN ROLLED THEM YALL (TO THE BACK OF HER HEAD). SHE CLEARLY HAD AN ATTITUDE ABOUT SOMETHING. I SAID “OMG, WHYD YOU JUST ROLL YOUR EYES LIKE THAT AT ME? WHAT DID I DO?” SHE COVERED HER MOUTH AND CHUCKLES. SHE THEN SAID “OH ITS NOT TO YOU I SWEAR” I SAID TO HER “BUT YOU WAS LOOKING RIGHT AT ME, WHY DID YOU DO THAT? The other guy started apologizing immediately. The supervisor then told her to leave the line and she went to wipe off tables.

To this day, idk why she did that. I felt so uncomfortable. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

Yesterday I went to CAVA for the first time and WOW the food was delicious. Since I hadn’t gone there before I wasn’t sure what to get but Jocelyn walked me through the whole thing, she was great and such a big help. I’m so excited to go back and enjoy more of their delicious food!

I recently had the best experience at Cava, and it was all because of an incredible employee named Jocelyn.

From the moment I walked in, Jocelyn set the tone with her positive energy and welcoming attitude. She greeted every customer with a genuine smile and made the entire ordering process smooth and stress-free. She was patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu—offering helpful suggestions and explaining options clearly without making me feel rushed. I will be coming back just because of her!
