Been coming here for over 2 years – always delicious, flavorful, and consistently fresh. The place is clean, sauces are on point, and customer service is phenomenal across the board. The first time I ordered through uber eats from this location i received half of the Harissa chicken I’m supposed to receive & figured it was an accident. Tonight i ordered a spicy lamb meatball bowl and only had 2 pathetic looking meatballs under a mess of sweet potatoes. I literally had to go digging for them. The only refund i can receive from uber eats is the $3 tip…
The San Jose location has never given me any issues when I go in and place my order. The only times i order delivery is this location because it’s closer to home. When i tried the meatballs at the San Jose location they were absolutely delicious. These are not even comparable. I would hope this could be replaced but i don’t even know who to contact. I LOVE Cava but this is very disappointing.

I’ve never been here before. My high school son told me his friends eat there often. First time for both of us. The dude behind the counter was super helpful that I told him to get me what he suggested, which he did. Crispy Falafel. Definitely coming back to dine in again with my son. Their fountain machine variety is excellent and they have that “good ice” that people will sell their souls for. 5/5

What a pleasant surprise! I always drove right by, not thinking it was a food establishment. For some reason the name made me think it was coffee. Well, wow! What a treat. The Mediterranean food, sauces, drinks! All absolutely delicious. The kids meal (shown in picture) is $7 and can easily fill an adult. The drinks are creative and refreshing. The drink in my photo is lavender mint! We will be eating here much more often!

My daughter and I had lunch at Cava on Old St. Augustine Road today, and it was absolutely fantastic! If you’re searching for a delicious, healthy option, look no further. The variety of fresh ingredients caters to every palate, making it easy to customize a meal to your liking. We built our own bowls, and the garlic dressing was the perfect finishing touch, so flavorful! And don’t forget the pita chips—they’re a must-have addition. The staff were amazing. Extremely friendly, helpful and patient with my indecisive self lol. Over all an amazing experience.

Not only do we LOVE the freshness of the food here and the healthy options but the employees truly make our day. Jason and Kenny are always so fun, warm and friendly with us. I wanna take the time to write another review for Cava. I’ve been eating at this spot for for a year now and I keep coming back because of its consistency and good people behind the counter. Kenny specifically has been a huge contribution to the atmosphere to this location. He greets everyone with a smile and checks in on all of his customers. He’s able to make this location feel inviting and warm. Anybody who gets to experience his customer service is in for a real treat!
