Ordered my food online. When I arrived they said I didn’t order the food. Proceeded to mess up my order. Food was disgusting. I’m very disappointed. I’m highly upset. It tasted a bird pooped on all over my meal. On top of that. This is not what I ordered online for $15 not worth it. Do not recommend. Employees are very disrespectful.

First time! Customer service was excellent! Both servers greeted us, took the time to answer questions and allowed us to sample items that we were not familiar with. I was blown away by how fresh everything was. I had the Falafel Bowl and loved everything about it. Vegans can easily make this meal work and you’ll walk out super happy. Fresh food, great flavors and a friendly environment. I’ll be back again and again.

This was my first time going to Cava and it definitely exceeded my expectations! Even though I came in during a rush, it didn’t take long at all to order, customer service was great, and the location was clean. The food was really good, especially the pita chips. Definitely worth coming back for!

We tried CAVA for the first time last evening and it was a huge disappointment. The customer service was terrible—employees were extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like we were an inconvenience just for being there. No greeting, no help, no courtesy whatsoever.
On top of that, the packaging was horrible. Our order was poorly packed, messy, and looked like zero care was taken before handing it off. For a restaurant at this price point, that’s unacceptable.
First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience guaranteed we won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and take pride in both service and presentation—this wasn’t one of them.
