These bowls haven’t been eaten out of yet, and that’s the amount of food we got. Nothing quite like $15 bowls that MORE THAN HALF of the bowl EMPTY. We did a DoorDash order to work, and all 10 orders were so skimpy. Seriously unbelievable. I was still hungry after min. 90% topping, 10% the base. I’ll never be ordering from this location again

I always stop by this Cava location (Cumberland) when I am in the area. It stays busy (which is a good sign). On my visit today, I came right before the lunch rush and had no waiting. The team is always fast and friendly. My favorite team member is Leslie. Her energy is unmatched. She is bubbly every time I visit and ready to help with your order. Please keep her on staff….she is the best!
As for food, I usually get a bowl for my entree…with all my favorite toppings. My favorite drink is the cucumber apple mint mixed with lemonade. Stop by….you won’t be disappointed!

I know I ordered no rice EXTRA arugula but the portion I got is ridiculous. I took only 1 bite from the bowl in this picture just 1 and look how much is left. I got the wrong sauce on my bowl as well. For $40 dollars I’d expect better food. I’ve been to a few cava locations and others seem to have better service.

Brought my lunch but decided to go to CAVA for a Falafel Crunch Bowl because it looked so fulfilling. What a disappointment! Like are you seriously charging $12 for five pieces of lettuce, four pita crisps, two tiny falafels, and a teaspoon of lentils? The items didn’t even reach the first line of the bowl. I want money back! I showed my husband the picture he said it looked like I went outside of my office and picked some leftovers off of the ground. This location has always been very skimpy when making bowls but this is just outright disrespect from the lady making the bowls today 1/27/26 at 11:30ish. So disappointing and I will never again will I visit this location.

I ordered the SPICY LAMB AND SWEET POTATO bowl through Uber Eats. It arrives and there are 0 sweet potatoes. I call and talk to what was supposed to be the manager. Immediately everything made sense. Sorry, unprofessional manager who sucks at maintaining stock and updating the apps to show a menu item is unavailable when a MAIN ingredient is missing. Out of sweet potatoes at 1 pm. I’m really about to give up on delivery apps. She could have just cancelled my order.

I love eating here. The food is always fresh and seasoned perfectly. They have many healthy options. The servers and cashiers are efficient and attentive. Big shout out to Joshua at Cava Cumberland. I feel so healthy eating here. It’s one of my favorite regular spots.

I ordered my food by uber eats around 12:20 I only get my food by 1:45pm, for them just to send a bowl half filled, meat overcooked and grainy, flavors are there but 1h for a half filled bowl is just beyond unacceptable.

Amazing food, and even better customer service. The ladies behind the counter on Wednesday evening Feb. 11 were so sweet and welcoming. They made my day. If I didn’t live out of state, I would be a regular here.

First and foremost every time I come to this location it’s always super busy and the lines can be kind of crazy but one person that always stands out every-time is Stephon. He has positive attitude willing to help and making sure everyone is satisfied. I had an online order today for example it got pushed to 1:30 due to the app glitching I told Stephon my concerns and he pushed my order forward and got it out right in a timely manner! He always make sure to get the lines down when I do come since I know everyday is busy very kind 10/10 person and customer service!
