Went a little before noon and it was a great experience. The portions were generous lowkey. Got through quickly and the staff was super pleasant . No complaints at all. Would definitely go back.

No napkins, unkempt drink Station, every single table dirty, young lady put one spoon of rice in the bowl and said she would change to add more. I bought 3 bowls. She charged for literally 2 spoons od rice. I witnessed many customers come back to have their order remade. Tall young lady with tattoos was very nice, and professional…. But her co worker (also female ) was disappointing… co worker was adjusting her hair and scarf with gloved hands…. whats the point of gloves if you touch everything with them. Wanted to sit down and eat but no clean tables available. And no napkins to clean it myself. We ended up eating in the car. I won’t be back to this location.

This Cava was awesome! They were out of the new white sweet potatoes but they definitely made up for it with the awesome service. The gentleman waiting on me was very friendly and professional. I was considering getting a new protein for the first time and he suggested that I try it first. I hadn’t even thought of that but it was perfect. Turns out I really love the braised lamb. Great food, and great service! What else can you ask for?

Should’ve taken pictures before I went back inside to purchase a side of chicken for my bowl, but PORTIONS ARE WAY TO SMALL. I came to check reviews thinking maybe it was a fluke and sadly it seems this is CONSISTENT. I’m not sure if it’s management or lack of, or corporate greed from private owners. Never going back. Other locations give you better portions.

I just visited and ordered 2 bowls, which tasted good but the portion sizes are comically small. For the dips, the amount given was less than half of the dip scoop size. For a $15 bowl, I’d appreciate more than a small teaspoon of toppings. Also, they were out of bags.

We order 3 bowls for pickup paid extra for all the bowls to be half way filled. The other locations set a high expectations for low production, so obviously this must be a franchise that don’t care about customer satisfaction. My lady just had a baby and now she mad at me because the order was unacceptable. We could have went to gusto’s but she was craving Cava and now her and the baby looking at me crying. U only got 2 and I want to give yall more because the lady with the tattoos that work register was nice. But this location got to do better.

Really wish I could give 0 stars. Just an absolutely abysmal and embarrassing experience trying to get our online order. The first bowl we ordered was missing 2-3 ingredients. The 2nd greens and grain bowl we ordered was just a bowl of lettuce and pita crisps. It was missing the rice, the protein, and multiple toppings… It’s quite hilarious how bad of a job they did with our order. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAVA LOCATION!

Cava is one of those places that’s just consistent. This location in particular has a kind staff; service has never been an issue. Anthony was really kind and gave me something new try, which I loved. I will definitely continue to visit this location, and now I’ll be adding something additional to my order. Thank you Anthony! I’ve given this CAVA location multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently underwhelming. Every time I’ve visited, the restaurant has been noticeably dirty, tables are sticky, dusty, and often have food residue. The toppings bar is also messy and not well maintained.
The food tastes good sometimes, but it’s hit or miss. One day it’s flavorful, the next it’s bland or thrown together without care. On top of that, the portions are disappointing. The bowls are never filled properly, and ingredients are often missing or skimped.
It’s frustrating because the concept is great, but the execution at this location needs serious improvement in both cleanliness and consistency.

These folks give below the normal amount of portions and tell you it’s extra. I didn’t get a protein or a veggie. Rather than going to get more food from the back they skimp the customer. Didn’t have lentil ls prepared and tried to give me the burnt ones at the bottom. I got charged for mixing 2 lettuces. Since when can’t you mix lettuces? Then charged for the lentils. $15.52 for a bowl of veggies no protein isn’t normal anywhere in America. Juan was adamant that he didn’t care what happened at other Kaba’s but this is the way they do it here. Corporate can handle this.
