This location needs ASHLEY! She was very professional , very considerate, and soo accommodating. Even though I did not eat in there she was soo nice! She brung my food to me outside and kept checking on me as I waited for my order.
My order happened to be wrong and she made sure that it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY! She truly made my evening. Please make sure your other locations have a “Ashley” because she was AMAZING!

This is the only location that, I come to when I want a fresh bowl. The employee Kat has great customer service, polite, always have a smile on my face, and make sure that I’m always well taken care of. She is the sweetest person ever and I was so glad to see her on today. My food is always seasoned to perfection and they aren’t stingy with their toppings neither. I absolutely love their lemonade and it’s always so yummy! If you’re looking for great customer service ask for Kat and if you’re looking for great food come to this location!

My food was ready for pickup when I arrived. Some of the selected ingredients were missing which was a bummer. I reached out to Cava and they gave me a partial refund. That was satisfactory for this occasion. The meal was ok. They do exercise portion control.

This team always knocks it out of the park! The food is consistently delicious and beautifully prepared; the kitchen staff clearly take pride in what they do. Across multiple catering orders, communication is always professional, delivery is always prompt, and the setup makes everything effortless. Cava’s food is genuinely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the overall dining experience falls short:
– Seating: Very limited, which is a real drawback if the weather isn’t ideal. It feels more like a quick pickup spot than a place to enjoy a meal.
– Ordering: Everything is digital—menu and ordering are done via screens. While efficient for solo diners, it’s awkward for two people trying to order together.
– Service: There really isn’t any. It’s a self-service model, so don’t expect traditional hospitality.
– Rewards Program: The biggest frustration was being required to join their rewards program (including email and phone number) just to complete an order. For a quick lunch, that’s a dealbreaker.
– Overall vibe: The setup feels very “DoorDash-style.” If you’re okay with a tech-heavy, self-service approach, you’ll love the food. If you’re looking for a comfortable dine-in experience, this isn’t it.
Bottom line: Amazing flavors, but the lack of seating, mandatory sign-up, and impersonal process make it hard to recommend for a casual lunch.
